Our trip started with the friendliest of welcomes before we went to our lovely room. The Hilbre has everything you need for a visit to Blackpool. Breakfast was an outstanding bonus.
It's located a yards from the sea front close to the South Pier. There's plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
If you're visiting Blackpool we'd highly recommend the Hilbre.

Friendly welcome, very helpful with parking and arranged breakfast slightly earlier when we asked.

Our room was nicely decorated with tea and coffee making facilities. Nice to find USB plugs beside the bed. The en-suite was spotless and the bed comfortable.
The location is perfect for the Pleasure Beach and the South shore. Trams and bus stops close by to take you North, but it's just a 20 minute walk to the Tower.
The owners were very friendly and saved us a parking spot in front of the hotel, but we found a space nearby. The hotel does have a car park around the back.
There wasn't anything we didn't like and will stay again when we return to Blackpool.

Both hosts were amazing, friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Very well kept with a great atmosphere. Room was spacious comfortable. Had everything we needed including extras. Community rooms were set out to cater for all. Breakfast very tasty, great service and as well as cooked breakfast plenty of choice of cereals etc. Very accommodating with sorting parking too which was a lovely surprise and added to our looked after feeling.

Great location, close to all attractions. Lovely hosts who were very accommodating and friendly.
The stairs were pretty steep but very common we know in UK.

Location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach. Tram station at the end of the street. Breakfast was perfectly cooked every morning and the the staff were phenomenal.

Everything if I’m honest. The rooms were beautifully decorated very clean and smelt amazing as did the rest of the hotel. 5 minutes from pleasure beach couple minutes to tram stop plenty of food nearby. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast was amazing every morning, tea and toast for table then a cooked breakfast. We needed a room on the first floor and even though it was last minute they managed to arrange one for us. Parking was easy aswell.

Lovely hotel with fantastic hosts! Our room was lovely and clean, comfy bed, very toasty - so toasty we had to turn the heating down at one point! Breakfast was beautiful, nice and hot washed down with proper tea! We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely hosts Simon and Ros, perfect location near south pier (the tram 2 mins walk) comfortable clean rooms, and a lovely breakfast.
