Great location, close to south pier and pleasure beach. Property and rooms clean. Breakfast very good, and owners nice and friendly
There’s nothing we didn’t like. The only small thing was our bed was quite hard (each to their own preference though) although stayed here before and the bed was fine.

Rooms were really comfortable and clean the owners/staff were so friendly and polite,the breakfast was really tasty and enough to help the start of the day we are definitely returning it was a pleasure to stay there

We can see why the reviews are as they are! Clean, cosy, comfortable and we’re already booking in to revisit! Simon and Rosalina make you feel at home from the minute you greet them to leaving! Breakfast is delicious! I’m lactose intolerant which was catered for every morning I’d have almond milk waiting on our table(Rosalina said there were other options but I don’t mind either way). It’s the best B&B we’ve stayed at so far in Blackpool! Can see why they have so many lovely regulars that we got to meet also who have been staying for 15 years plus!
Lovely family vibe, games in the bar! Kids even had an Easter egg waiting for them Easter morning which just started Easter Sunday for our daughter!
The best way to describe The Hilbre is it felt like home away from home!

Absolutely fabulous in every single way! Rhe hosts were amazing and so friendly, the hotel was clean , the bed were comfortable, breakfast was lovely, the bar was comfortable and reasonably priced, the location was brilliant with trams at the bottom of rd (about 400yds) We will definitely be booking again

From the moment we arrived (late) the staff were fantastic. The weather was bad but they still arranged a parking space for me.Was a really enjoyable atmosphere in the bar, we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb, served with a smile and plenty of choice and they even adapted the menu for our grand daughter who is a fussy eater. Great location. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Blackpool.

We came over from Australia with the kids and wanted to give them a taste of our own childhood memories. This place was absolutely perfect. Really welcoming and friendly. Great accommodation and facilities. Lovely bar and fantastic breakfast. Excellent location for the Pleasure Beach, lights etc. Highly recommended and would come back in a heartbeat. Many thanks
