Simon and Roz are both super friendly, it's just like staying with family or friends Rooms are spotless and breakfast is 10/10 with no problems meeting 4 different variations of breakfast. Visit Blackpool every other year, 10 years ago stayed here, every other time due to their high standards its always been fully booked, but got lucky this year, will be back for sure, Simon is like a mate you haven't seen for a while, had a great ctach up in the bar on our last night staying in this wonderful B&B. To be running the same B&B for 21 years when the country has been through so much just proves that they are doing something right. Everything was 10/10.
Nothing needed to improve, in all honesty 10/10 across every aspect of this B&B

The owners were brilliantly welcoming and attentive. Enjoyed a few drinks in the bar in the evening and our 9yr old son was more than happy with there being a pool table. Will definitely stay again.
Decor is a bit dated, but to fair it is Blackpool. It is almost a step back in time and tradition. So this didnt hinder our stay at all.

Every aspect was spot on , from the minute you arrived till the minute you left nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was spotless, breakfast was great , and bar was a great bonus.

Very clean rooms, absolutely fantastic hosts. I cannot sing their praises more. Simon and Ros are so friendly and welcoming. Stayed here 4 years ago now Ive come back every year and I always stay at this place.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a parking space round the back that the owner parked up for me which was great. Rooms was very clean and fresh. Lovely full English breakfast and plenty of toast was offered as well as a fresh pot of tea thats a bonus! All down stairs was lovely decorated for Halloween and my boy loved it.

The hotel was very comfortable ,clean and well equipped. Simon and Roz were fabulous hosts and made us very welcome. We were close to South pier and was easy access to trams.
Breakfast was delicious and good choice would definitely recommend
