The location was spot on , good parking facilities front and back. Simon was very kind enough to let us use his parking space at the front . The hotel was family friendly and clean. Breakfast was lovely- they catered for me and my son who were gluten free which was amazing.
Simon & Rosina are lovely people , dead friendly and made us feel very welcome .
Will definitely return.

Very friendly helpful kind my daughter was in a wheelchair due to an injury and they couldn't help enough, she loved playing pool and they had a table arcade game fantastic and a pinball machine

Ideally situated near pier and pleasure beach. Very clean. Friendly staff. Bonus points for fan in bedroom, extra bonus points for an additional fan being left in room even though it was not asked for. Lovely breakfast served daily.

Great location, near a tram stop which took us to the Tower, Piers, town etc. Has a corner shop pretty much next door which was very convenient for us. Guaranteed parking, owners helped us park at the front which was so much better for us. Room was big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults, toddler and a baby!) which we appreciated.

Friendly staff and always happy to help. Bed comfortable and rooms very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and had everything my family wanted. Will be booking there again for every stay from now on. Location couldn't of been better with everything we needed within a 5 minute walk. Couldn't find a single fault with the hotel. Very accomodating to families with young children and nothing was a bother to them.
