Exceptional
The staff were AMAZING... they went above and beyond to help us. The room was perfect for our needs and being able to park right outside made the break so much easier with our disabled son xx ❤️
We had extra heaters due to there being a storm and the temperature dropping too, so thoughtful.
Breakfast had a good variety and the gentleman was absolutely hilarious.... what an absolute diamond. My eldest has told everyone shes now the ginger whinger haha.
There wasnt anything we didnt like.
We will be back xx

Great location to pleasure beach. Staff all sound only downside was bar area closed before 9pm kids was looking forward to playing arcade machines. But still had a great stay.

First two drawers was so dirty inside drawers I never put anything inside drawers, one small insect pillar was crawling along top cupboard drawer I felt so sick, had to double check around room see any more bugs in room.

Wonderful
The hotel was perfectly placed and had its own parking spot. The room was small but enough for one person to stay there for one night. They also provided tea, coffee, water and an electric kettle. Everything was clean, nice and tidy. The best value for money hotel in Blackpool. This was my second time in this hotel.
With the price in mind, I think there isn't much not to like about.

The location & parking
The hotel seemed to have alot of people staying there who were just out of prison on tag, people there off the streets, there was no staff around at night when we wanted to complain about the noise of the people in the next room , we stayed last year and it was ok hence why we came back , unfortunately we felt like we was in the middle of a hostel so will not be returning
