Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Quite basic in decor but undergoing refurbishment. Reception staff werre very friendly and welcoming. We had a 2 night stay with 2 children aged 9 and 12 and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Must rate an extra ⭐ for the comfortable beds and fresh white fluffy towels and this property also has a fully functioning lift too which was great . We stayed in a large family room with a lovely view. Fantastic location if wanting to visit the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark.
Ensuite bathroom area could do with a little uplift, however was clean and served its purpose. Curtains or blinds that can be closed at night (appreciating still the lovely view by day)

Man was a helpful lovely man dusty and very funny smell we have hayfever I ended up really poorly it’s filthy and dusty masked by pug ins

Fantastic location, next to Pleasure Beach and the seafront.
Plenty of free parking, including some roadside parking around the corner if the spaces are full at hotel.
Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond when they found out it was my daughter's birthday - decorated the room while we were out and put her favourite music on in the bar/games room area.
They called us ahead of our arrival as they knew we were running late to ensure we'd still have a smooth check in.
Games room was a nice addition - we played Air Hockey for a bit and my daughter enjoyed the table with colouring on!
Walls are a bit thin...the couple next door had a very fun night at least hahaha
Located right next to pleasure Beach so you will hear some Bars, rollercoaster etc - this didn't bother us but some people can be more uptight.

It was in a good location right by the seafront. It was clean and the bedroom was warm
The bathroom was a bit cold but running the shower did warm it up

This hotel deserves alot more credit then people put. Arrived and was greeted by hotel manager who was absolutely lovely very welcoming and friendly pointed us in direction of our room we were jobsmacked how big the room was its was lovely loads of space clean and comfortable we all slept great even kids loved it. We were close by to everything we wanted and needed. After our evening again we were greeted and welcomed to bar ro have drinks and kids played nothing was to much meet managers husband who was lovely also and was shown another room which we will get next time. ( not that ours wasn't enough) but we plan in staying longer next time. Thank you so much for everything we will be back for sure so see you soon ❤ from Abbey, luke and the 3 rasicals

Very Poor
We couldn't stay there as it was filthy and appalling. The coffee mugs were not clean the room was a disgrace. It was in terrible condition.
The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The room was very small. The facilities were very poor.
