Poor
Staff were friendly and location was good
Beds are not comfortable, although room was good size. No shower gel or shampoo which it states they do provide. No place to hang towel in bathroom. Breakfast says continental and lists a variety of things but was very basic and not worth paying for.

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean with tea and coffee facilities and the beds were comfortable
Unfortunately I stayed when the games room was being decorated so access to the usual game machines wasn't available, however the pool table was still available to play on.
I did have a tv in my room but there wasn't a remote control for it and the bathroom door didn't close fully and the toilet didn't have enough power to flush properly

Exceptional
We have just had a weekend away as a family of 5 (2adults,3Children), From arriving to leaving we had an amazing experience always on hand if we needed anything and was really friendly. The room was lovely, clean and spacious as was the rest of the hotel. We are already organising our next stay

Wonderful
Fantastic location for the Sandcastle Waterpark and Pleasure Beach. Lovely quiet area to stay and sleep away from the busy, noisy part of town
The WiFi signal wasn't great which made online booking of attractions difficult and time consuming

Disappointing
Location
People sitting outside smoking weed and drinking alcohol and the smell of weed instead the hotel, bed was uncomfortable.
The hotel was very run down i booked two rooms and they were basic that I expected but did not expect to find a dirty nappy down the side of the wardrobe.

Very Good
The convenience of the location was very good and a good room size, bed very comfortable
Shower was not hot in the morning so unable to have a shower, when asking for replenishments for the room the person wasn't very obliging and didn't give us any more.
Breakfast was not worth £7.50 for continental breakfast
