Cold breakfast was nice lots of options
Close to pleasure beach and water splash and the beach
Nice it’s a smoke free hotel as well can’t stand smoking
Host was great for letting us book in a hour early.
Didn’t have hot breakfast didn’t have it they where doing it up but to hot to have
Not close to centre but have bus stops and tram stops only round the corner
Would be nice if it had dinner included I would pay for it, but it’s only bed and breakfast hotel

I liked the downstairs bit of the hotel, the kids loved it! Also, the room was spacious and clean.
Didn’t realise it was a continental breakfast was hoping for a full English, however the kids seemed to enjoy it.
We was at the top of the floor and had to carry two toddlers up and down all day.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Quite basic in decor but undergoing refurbishment. Reception staff werre very friendly and welcoming. We had a 2 night stay with 2 children aged 9 and 12 and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Must rate an extra ⭐ for the comfortable beds and fresh white fluffy towels and this property also has a fully functioning lift too which was great . We stayed in a large family room with a lovely view. Fantastic location if wanting to visit the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark.
Ensuite bathroom area could do with a little uplift, however was clean and served its purpose. Curtains or blinds that can be closed at night (appreciating still the lovely view by day)

Fantastic location, next to Pleasure Beach and the seafront.
Plenty of free parking, including some roadside parking around the corner if the spaces are full at hotel.
Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond when they found out it was my daughter's birthday - decorated the room while we were out and put her favourite music on in the bar/games room area.
They called us ahead of our arrival as they knew we were running late to ensure we'd still have a smooth check in.
Games room was a nice addition - we played Air Hockey for a bit and my daughter enjoyed the table with colouring on!
Walls are a bit thin...the couple next door had a very fun night at least hahaha
Located right next to pleasure Beach so you will hear some Bars, rollercoaster etc - this didn't bother us but some people can be more uptight.
