Location only- close to South pier
Poor room, had to sit on toilet SIDEWAYS as sink in way! Toilet seat loose & hanging off!Bathroom door wouldn't shut, shower door wouldn't shut! Carpet in pieces, no storage except a 14" wide wardrobe! breakfast very poor! Proprietor & wife were constantly arguing in front of guests- NOT A PLEASANT STAY! we paid 178- NOT WORTH 78

The view from window
The wardrobe back was missing and about to fall down no milk with tea and coffee the mat in bathroom was black toilet seat was broken underneath the current wasn't around the window the toilet holder was broken I would say the only good thing in the room was the TV the person who had it was friendly enough but think he needs to spend a bit of money on the place really fan was hold together with duck tape little heater in bedroom we never put it on cos no legs on it so just sitting on carpet

Only the location
It was not clean the first room I was offered didnt even have the bed made from the last customer it also had their dirty towels in the floor . The actual room we stayed in was only marginally cleaner but the bathroom was dirty and we had no towels . The TV did not work and the mugs still had sticky labels on them

absolutely nothing I requested a cancellation but they were determined to charge only hours from placing the booking..
it does not look like the pictures it looks like a takeaway and the entire property is disgusting inside and rooms are tiny there is no customer service from the family running it I was there 2 nights and they didnt even know we stayed there on the last day it was horrific if it wasnt for my limited funds and wanting to allow my son to enjoy the magics of Blackpool outside the room I would have slept on the streets sooner than there

Wet towels, wet bed, dirty cups, dirty floor, no kids playground, no bar, no toilet paper, sticky handrails, hairs in beds. Left without staying.

Errrrmmmmm cant think of anything
Everything, the arrival and them being very unorganised, not very good English, a man that works there asleep on the sofa when arrived. Rooms obviously not cleaned fully as there was other people belongings in the room ie: socks, stuff in draws like used tissues. The room had 3tv remotes and not one worked the tvs and they couldnt resolve. The people that worked or ran it was all Asian with not very good English, walked round bare foot even through kitchen. We wouldnt of stayed the night but with 2 kids and over 2 hour drive home kind felt we had to stay. First thing in the morning we left without breakfast as thought if the hotel was the way it was I dred to think what the cutlery/preparation would be like.

Was close to south pier and food facilitys
Family room was 3 flights of stairs up towards the top of the building.
had to wait longer than expected for breakfast and then when it did come out it was given to another table.
There was also a damp patch on the bedroom wall when reported got pushed a side and just told it was fresh paste that had been put on the wall .

breakfast was ok . food was acceptable but very poor choices. full english breakfast or cereal, not much else.
cleanliness of hotel in general. rooms not bad but found cigarette butt in room . shower filthy even after tried to clean.

The location
The room was absolutely disgusting. Carpet not fitted just lay, dirty mirrors, wires dangling from t.v, stained walls, peeling wallpaper, bathroom door gets stuck shut. When you go to the toilet you have the sink on your lap and your knees pretty much touching the wall. Shower was mouldy. Also the bed had stains and hairs all over it and when you sat on the mattress it's was like going right through to the divan base. Staff were not attentive at all I got a better great from there dog. Also we were not given the room I was shown on pictures.
