My booking was cancelled the day I was supposed to be checking in and would not give me my money back had to get in touch with my credit card company to get it back

This hotel it's 10 out of 10 for this price range unlikely you can get better on this price tug , I have tried them all and I keep coming back to this one .so if you want a clean bed and a nice shower most rooms are spacious and some have the seaview and some with balcony ! There is always free parking in the seafront too.
Can't fault the hotel it for anything! no for the money I paid anyway .

Absolutely nothing we didn't even get to see our rooms since they canceled our booking before we even arrived
ATTENTION AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR THE LOVE OF GOD it is a absolute scam we got to the hotel in which it wasn't even the same name and at the reception we were told by the most unprofessional worker that our reservation was canceled by them and we were not notified and our payment for the hotel was not refunded at all not a single penny by either booking or this shady hotel we made the mistake of not reading the reviews before we booked so do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel like your life depends on it it's shady it's a scam and a fraud lost over 120 pound and got nothing back worst purchase I have ever made

Travelling for hours for the air show to be told the room was cancelled but no confirmation of this,
Told to go back later in the afternoon to see if a room had come available to be shown to a room which was not the standard I had booked but due to having no other options as everywhere else fully booked we had to stay, also told to pay for the room but I would receive a refund for my original booking which I still have not,
Needs a lot of work and updating doing to it, lots of potential for this place if cleaned and updated due to good location

I booked it 4 days ago. They wanted some photo identification. I didn't have any. I tried phoning them. I couldn't get through to them. I emailed them instead. Then on the day I was going to stay in their hotel. They phoned me up and cancelled my booking with due to unseen circumstances.

Dora hotel is now the Harks hotel not Dora but not been updated on the system and the pictures on website are different to what it shows on website and no breakfast and website says it does breakfast. It was diry and smelly and on arrival staff kept spraying the room they where showing me where not made up and still dirty from previous guests!. When I did pick a room it took 2 hours to make up and I was in it for midnight and checked in at 10pm. The owner had no staff to make up my room and got the local builder who was staying over to make up my room to a fashion..it was still dirty with dirty towels ,no toilet paper , holes in blinds , the toilet light puller had broke so I couldn't turn off the light it had to be on all night humming..The plug sockets were coming out the walls and a staff helper said be careful not to get electric shock laughing and smirking when it's a health and safety hazard..I also couldn't make a drink no plug socket and the extension lead won't barley reach..I took photo evidence for a refund but owner still thinks its suitable and says no to refund . They also laughed over no loo roll and no towels and said what a shame u poor thing..This totally is a nightmare horrible worse than a hostel with lies on website and not updated its new name to Hakes

PICTURES THEY UP LOADED TO BOOKING .COM ARE FAKE THE PLACE IS A DIVE THE HOMELESS SHELTER WOULD BE CLEANER AND SAFER TO STAY
Wow, I wasn't expecting 5 star luxury, but this was poor. The poor guy showed me the room, and I couldn't stay unclean unkept very dirty even this place need shutting down
