room had been trashed day before. Staff fixed the room as best as he could. Replace tv and couldn't be more apologetic.

Outside disgusting and dirty.deckkng broken and filthy
Room ok smelt of very strong disinfectant.i did tell the young man why I was nt staying bar area smell very bad room at the side full of clutter.couldnt see through the windows xx
