Booked into the Winter Room, whichis the complete top floor, it's a massive room with a massive bathroom. Nicely decorated and spotless, it’s clear this place is run with real passion and attention to detail.
Hosts are amazing and couldn't do enough, it was like visting family.
Well worth the price, I'm just glad to find somewhere in Blackpool that i'd go back to.

We were made to feel special, from the moment we arrived. Parking spot at the front for us. Friendly welcome. Shoes and coat are left in the hallway, which keeps the carpets upstairs immaculately clean. Bags were carried up for us. Everything was explained. Lovely artistic accommodation. Extensive choice of hot drinks in the suite. Free wi-fi.

From the moment you walk in, it’s welcoming, clean and super friendly. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with a superb en-suite with lovely toiletries. There are is everything you could possibly want or need.
When it comes to the food it is top quality and comes with plenty to choose from, you have a choice of cold options of traditional cereal, to cooked, traditional full English to salmon with poached eggs and more to choose from. Just can’t fault it. Loved every minute of our stay.
There was no faults with this property.

We had a brilliant time on our stay, the room and the whole house is so clean and well maintained a credit to Michael and Paul, food top notch couldn't have been better hosts,everything you needed they proved, we will definitely be back, 5star all the way. Thanks gentleman for a top stay.

Located near to the Tower and Winter Gardens with a free parking spot. The rooms were spotless with everything anyone could possibly need. Large too with a comfy sofa and 50 inch TV with everything. Breakfast was exceptional with the most perfect poached eggs and interesting and different choices eg mushrooms stuffed with sausage meat. However, the real stars of this B & B are Michael and Paul. They welcomed us into their home and couldn’t do enough to make our one night special.

What a gem of a find!
From the moment you arrive to a warm welcome from your hosts, to all the tiny details, this really was a fantastic stay.
The rooms are impeccably clean, well laid out with some wonderful added extras.
A fabulous selection of drinks are on a beautifully presented station with fresh milk in a mini fridge.
The bathroom also had a selection of additional items to enhance your stay, the small things really do count and make your stay here more homely.
Breakfast... Wow! The selection, the service and great company as your host go above and beyond was marvellous.
Highly recommend.
There is nothing not to like about your stay here.

Right in the centre of Blackpool but in a quiet street undisturbed by outside noise. The lovely couple Paul and Michael made our stay very welcoming. Breakfast had a fabulous choice with the cooked breakfast freshly made to order. The premises are absolutely spick and span and the rooms and bathrooms a pure delight.

The room was great , very clean, excellent shower and facilities lovely decor. Breakfast was superb.
Nothing could be better as it was a superb B and B Owners very chatty. Could give guests a tad more space and privacy at breakfast. Some "rules" seemed a case of regulatory overload.

The location is a short walk from the front but surprisingly quiet for a central location, which was nice. We were greeted with a warm welcome from both Michael and Paul, who helped us park and talked us through the welcome book. They have thought of everything, info about the property, a simple breakfast booking system, all the little things you might need, and some local area recommendations. Breakfast was fabulous and I didn’t need any lunch! They wished us a fond farewell and even waved us off!
