Absolutely amazing little hotel/B&B so quiet off the prom, owner was lovely so nice and made us feel so welcome.. 100%reccomend and will be back. Perfect for a weekend break away, and no noise which I love slept amazing
If you want a view its not for you.. their isn't anything I didn't like

I can't say I liked anything if I'm honest, well the welcome from the lady is as good as I can say, apart from that I can't say much good
Upon arrival for 2 nights we stayed in room 9 and 10,. Unpacking we found wardrobe falling apart in room 9, window in room 10 open and would not close, paper peeling off walls,.and extreme damp issues throughout, anyway not much of an issue as we simply came for a weekend to explore Blackpool so.looked at it.as cope and just a base to.sleep, however while we were trying to head to sleep myn7 YEAR OLD daughtrr came to us complaing of smell.in her room so went in and was greeted by a strong smell of weed, that's right someone was smoking weed in a family hotel, and it got worse so decided to contact reception, at 0030 we did get moved to another room room 6 however the smell was still mingling and no sign of getting better. Then suddenly we could hear next door arguing with 1 and other loudly through the paper walls, until about 3 am then all we could hear was shagging for the next hour, and banging the walls constantly must.of.been make up sex and the guy must of forgotten where he was at this point we were.deprieved of sleep and ruined the next day completely
Daughter has been feeling ill.all.weekemd, second night wasn't too bad in regards to the weed smell.but again very noisy, towels were dirty and stained linen throughout,, location is OK, facilities are poor, and needs a good amount spending to bring uo to a standard, very dissapointed with the property and not what we expected to say the least, our clothes and valuables absoloutely stink of weed and very unpleasant, due to this I am currently in touch with booking.com customer services and am requesting a full refund of our stay.

It was very comfortable to sleep in, and clean.
The staff were very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay :)
Struggled a little bit to shower my 1 year old, as there wasnt a shower head, its a built in shower and wasnt very spacious. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and its a very clean hotel with lovely staff :)

Within walking distance of the promenade, pleasure beach, shops and sandcastle. Very clean with lovely attentive hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.

I liked nothing in Fortuna House Hotel Nothing at all
They lied about the car parking It was not safe at all we have to park the car on the road side Mouldy shower ceiling all over ceiling water was dropping The room was too small and Mould was Behind the bed and the window side I am asthmatic I reply couldnt breathe well It was nothing like we seen it on the photos I felt like I was in prison no table no chairs Very dirty carpet if I had a chance I would 100% cancel it from the first minute they knows for them self nobody staying for long days I never ever ever go in there again We are all hate it so badly Just because Of that We dont like Blackpool no more !

I liked the hotel it was nice and cosy they had it nice and the room was comfy
there were tea coffee and milk so you can get a coffee in the morning and some were to hang your clothes as well yes wee loved it the couple were very nice and help ful 4

The host Alisha was very lovely and welcoming and even added some treats into the room for my son. The room was clean and bright. We found the beds very comfy and all had a good nights sleep. We would stay again. Thank you!
