The location
Needs updating. Paid for breakfast. Still waiting. No food or drink allowed. No tea and coffee facilities. Shutters for toilet facilities so no privacy. Toilet brush yellow?? So put on as B&B.. but really room only. Bugs in room. Stains on bedding.

The location was good and beds was comfy
Shower was warm but didnt run very well. Seemed to be damp on the ceiling. Wifi didnt reach my room. Tap in the bathroom wasnt working well. Was not tea/coffee or kettle in the room as specified.

VISTA SOL was a dirty outdated dive photos of hotel were from a very long time ago place is dropping to bits and more issues with booking than can mention. Two rooms had a shared bathroom booked three ensuite rooms which was confirmed on line receipt two rooms were full of flies and bugs just a dirty hovel.I think yourselves need to check these sort of places out before putting misleading photos on your website very dissatisfied with this hotel we use yourselves for most of our wkends away and never had any issues like this dirty filthy place booking number is 4096410894.

Excellent location, clean bedding. Nothing else good to say about it.
Hotel was very dated and had a funny smell. Only saw one member of staff the whole weekend and that was when we checked in. Rooms looked nothing like on the website, dated cheap furniture, wallpaper peeling off the walls, showed tea and coffee facilities in the rooms there were none. Bathroom window broken wouldn't close properly. Advertised on site parking, got there only 4 spaces all taken.Had to park in pay n display cost 20 for 2 night additional cost i wasnt expecting to have to pay. Breakfast 10 extra never told or offered breakfast, but lovely cafe at bottom of road and cheaper.

It was amazing, the room was nice & freshly cleaned, it was a big room with a private bathroom.for 1 person like me ... lol .... I really liked it
1) Well, I would not say anything bad, but i am a regular traverller, i travel to different places. It would be nice if there were tea, coffee, and sugar kettle facilities in the rooms just like the other hotels around the same location provided.
2) The lighting in the room was very, very dim, I believe you should work on that for definite.
3) Hand wash, small soap, or a small mini set of shampoo & conditioner should have been provided. It is up to the customer to use it or not. As I do believe it is necessary to do so, like I said, other hotels do provide these facilities.

Clean tidy double room with ensuite shower and toilet facilities, nice and quiet guests. Nice lady on reception friendly and greetable.
Only issue is bathroom light didnt work, however no complaints cause I never queried it

I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to the venue. That was simply amazing. I had forgotten my name badge and it took me just three minutes to get there and back. Excellent location. The Room was adequate, clean enough and the fact that I did not need to share a bathroom with anyone was just perfect. I would have love to stay there again, and to tell all my colleagues. If the reception I received were welcoming. Unfortunately, it was quite un-pleasant to say the lease.
A warm welcome would have done it for me. I have been with my company for (25) long years, travelled all over the country to many conferences, I have NEVER felt so un-welcome anywhere like I did at the (Vista Sol). I had been travelling from another conference in London, very tiring and exhausted from train delays etc.
I arrived, a lady came to the door, I said hello am Eulyn, then held out my hand to her! she gave me the dirtiest look, turn her back on me and walk away. She then said let me book you in... Still suffering from the SHOCK!!! I followed behind thinking, if I had an alternative at this time of night I most definitely would NOT have stayed. I was asked to fill a form with my personal details. I did, and she demand payment. I ask if I could see the room first, and she gave me the keys so I did.
The room was fine from what I could see. I went back down ad made the payment and asked her, her name.
Then return upstairs with all my stuff, at no time she asked me if I need any help. After reading the notice rules I then went and asked her if there was an eating area in the hotel! to preventing me from eating in the room? she replied, at restaurant out side. I replied, but it is too late now. she then said, oh you can eat snacks and drink but not cook food like curry on the bed. I accepted that. I later asked her if I could barrow an iron to prepare myself for an early stat, she to me to come an fetch it. So I did, after using it I returned it downstairs. By this time her door was shut and lights off! I then place it outside the door.
Because of how she made me feel, I could not bring myself to face her! so I got dress and ready for the day, I went in and out without any more contact, until the Wednesday morning when I left, I handed her keys and asked if she would like to check the room before I leave? she took them off me showed me a key fob of mine on the keyring, I took it off and said cheers to her. I do think she replied, or if she did! I did not hear.

Hardly anything. It is very dated.
Most things. The rooms r very dated. Smells like a dead body in the b n b. Never saw the owner at all through my stay. Found the owner quite rude. The floorboards creeked.
No coffee and tea in bedroom
Not aloud drinks in room or to eat.
The whole b n b was a nightmare

Nothing turned up wasnt shown the room got to the room and the light fitting was hanging out of the roof and there was black mould on the walls
This property is not fit for a human to stay in let alone a animal its vile I would not recommend anyone to stay there

Its wos clean , the bed wos comfy its wos good price 30 a night , and it wos in a good location in centre Blackpool friendly staff worked there .
No kettle and there wos a stain on the ceiling
