Staff were friendly and very helpful
Room was clean
Hot water didnt work in the evening and the staff have to turn the heating on somewhere for the radiators to work. So even if you turn yours on it wont work unless they have turned the boiler. I guess its to save money if people leave it on when they go out but still think its an odd way to have it set up

The young man who ran the hotel all day worked so hard for you and couldn't do enough. The breakfast was excellent, always hot a plenty of it. Rooms very clean
The hotel is very tired and needs work, but as all hotels in Blackpool are curtains, they fell down doors, wouldn't close.The bed was hard, and that's just personal preference . Double rooms very small .When you open the toilet door, it wacks the bed

The hotelis nice and clean. The staff is amazing. Subodh and Sanjay were outstanding hosts for us. We stayed there for 10 days and really felt like home from day 1. Will miss you guys. Thanks for the hospitality.

The Breakfast was good!, the staff made sure everything went well!!, we picked this hotel for the location... So was perfect for us...
Nothing!!.. at breakfast there seemed a lot to do for the staff!, at the busy weekend so the table wasn't always ready!!, but it's a little thing...

Disappointing
The bed was comfortable.
We had no hot water on our last day. The room was very small and the stairs to our floor were very steep. On our departure the member of staff was quite rude. We booked this hotel due to its excellent reviews however it did not live up to expectations, we will not be returning.
