Beautiful clean hotel staff were superb smooth check in felt comfortable and welcome ...situated in an ideal location short walk to pleasure beach and promenade overall fantastic stay will definitely use again.

Location was good for us, 1 minute walk to tram stop to quickly get into town.
Waiting for licence to sell alcohol in there bar, so no bar service ,but that didn't upset us really.

Staff are friendly
I never leave reviews anywhere but I had to share our experience so that other families think twice before booking. Myself, my partner and two children aged 1&2 all caught ringworm from this hotel. The room was filthy, under the bed clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while as there were dirty socks and a dirty baby bottle there. The rooms are massively overpriced which is normal for Blackpool but you would at least expect it to have been clean. We had family staying in another room at the hotel and they had no hot water or working radiators. I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel

Disappointing
Parking was easy with an extra cost
Bedroom was what you would expect with your own toilet and shower
Very strange man who said that he were staff living in room 4. Saying to me when outside at night when I were with my four year old boy getting his teddy from the car that we were very loud and have been banging on his door. He were staying this at he main door telling me that he might not let us back into the hotel. Told him to go away or I would be ringing the police, he went. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who has small children or a young couple, or who might be on a smaller budget just in case you have to pay for a different hotel late at night or drive home. Shocked very shocked, I am 42 and stayed in plenty of hotel in my life, this is the worse hotel experience I have had bye miles DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, avoid the strange weird man that works and lives in room 4 at all cost.

Spotlessly clean and the owner was lovely and friendly.
Its shame the bar wasn't open when we visited. Also the WiFi did not work properly on the top floor.

Nice clean and comfy room. Breakfast was not available at this property so bare that in mind and velvet coaster is only a short walk from the hotel
Nothing really was an issue
Bare in mind there is a damage deposit of £30 a head paid in cash at the hotel as a bit of forward planning.

The heating wasn't on could have turned it on the hotel is big enough to do breakfast and the bar room was closed that could have been open to generate more income for hotel the kettle took ages to boil could up grade to a better kettle

Property was great and staff very friendly, sadly we had to move hotels during the stay due to problems outside the control of the hotel (the electric went off) and this affected the score as the new hotel wasn’t as good and also the distress it caused having to pack up and move and we lost a bit of our holiday having to rush back to pack up and move before it got dark. I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered for the inconvenience
