Wasnt a bad location
The gentleman who works there is very pleasant.
30 per person deposit on arrival including children which had to be cash.
15 per day car park (at your own risk) but its free on the side of the road around the hotel so might aswell do that.
Per day to me means 24 hrs but we didnt get the full duration and when asking can we stay 1 extra hour the answer is yes for 5.
Delightful when you find a half eaten packet of crisps under your bed, so cleaning standards werent checked before we checked in, no idea how long it would have been there.

The area was beautiful, the city was great, very touristy and crowded at this time. The location of the hotel was great and it was near to the beach, just 2-3 minutes walk. But there were tons of hotels in the same line which yiu could try and should be better than this one.
First of all, the staff/receptionist was not cooperative at all. She wanted 60 as a security fee and I had only 50 in cash and she did not accept and asked me to bring the money on spot. I asked her to charge my card which she refused because maybe they avoid paying taxes to government. However, I arranged cash and only then she allowed me to go in the room. No toiletries at all in the toilet. The toilet flush was not in 100% working order. They don't know what customer service is. I did not know there were many hotel nearby, otherwise might have booked one, but now I know and just letting others know, book something else. Open Google maps and see the names of the hotel, there are tons of hotels there.

There was no soap to wash hands after toilet had to go buy some and no bin for rubbish or bag could do with hair dryer in room

Good location. Hotel a bit dated, but was clean and comfortable.
Took 30 deposit for breakages per person this was not advised at time of booking don't think there was anything in rooms worth 30. 15 per night for parking again not advised in advance so basically had to pay 150 on arrival that we were not aware of. Bar wasn't open again no notification of this when booking.

The room was acceptable, but dated. on the second floor via the lift. I am a wheelchair user so needed this lift. having being told by the landlady I must leave the wheelchair down stairs. I managed to do the few steps to the left and sit on a chair placed on the lift. I continued to my room with great difficulty.
I could have accepted staying here because it had a lift and I could do a few steps to the room allocated. However after settling in my room I wanted to go down stairs via the left. As I sat outside the lift, waiting...!! The lift would not stop on my floor. It had a fault. So in order to go down to the entrance and retrieving my wheelchair I had to go down 2 sets of stairs on my bottom one step at a time.

Our whole experience was exceptional. excellent value for money. Staff very friendly clean and tidy room excellent breakfast service great .Places are very few and far between these days with the personal service would defiantly stay again.

The location was great. Having free parking was an absolute bonus and the freedom to go in and out as we pleased. The room was so warm and comfortable it made for a great nights sleep - the facilities were brilliant and I especially liked having the SMART TV. It gave us much more freedom for things to watch in the evening that fitted our taste. The staff were lovely and welcoming and couldnt do anymore than we asked. Will definitely be coming again!

The Staff were absolutely excellent. The welcome was really good and the lady serving the breakfasts was so on the ball. I would give this lady 10/10. The hotel was quiet, and there were no banging of doors in the night.
