Superbly located. Food and accommodation very comfortable. Nice leisure facilities. Good aetists.
You can't help with this - but smokers at the entrance. You do provide a smoking shelter.

I liked the room the beds were comfy, the food was always fresh the only thing I can say I didn't like was the wild mushroom thing for the main to much garlic and salty for me. The staff were always on the go couldn't do enough for us and I'd definitely stay again. The entertainment was good and on the Sunday the singer Jack was really funny I'd see him again. X

The hotel staff was as lovely could not help you enough
The swimming pool was so clean and fresh and lovely to use
And we stayed half board so had breckfast and dinner it was amazing compliments to the chef the food was lovely and always something different
I will definitely be coming back very soon

Great value for money. Great location. Food was great for the money.
Had paid for an upgrade with booking. com only to be informed that this was only if there was one available. After discussing with staff the manager was very kind and gave us a room that had a side sea view, Although the room required tlc this helped greatly. Thank you.

Good atmosphere friendly helpfully staff clean and tidy good entertainment . Been to the cliffs many times. Right location away from.the crowds . Easy tram location . Food was good .
Need more bingo bit pricey at the bar . Room was a bit smaller this time

Great location and good for kids
We brought the Granddaughter - the staff in the club kids were so helpful and could not have done any more - shame the kids entertainment was downstairs not in the main dance area as a lot of kids did not know it was on which was a shame
Some of the staff on reception need to offer more information - one lady on saturday evening at 8pm who I asked for some milk for the toddlers bottle was vey unhelpful and rude she was a young girl with longish dark hair and really did not want to get me the milk it was an inconvenience to her - very different from the guy the night before on the bar area in main room near reception - Kids entertainment should be earlier
