Very Good
8 adults and 5 children stayed. Kids ranged from 12 to 7 years old. Theg loved the pool, kids club and entertainment. Happy kids happy adults.
The food overall was plentiful and very tasty. My only disappointment was on the Sunday morning the hash browns were very hard otherwise food was superb.

Breakfast was okay, took a while for us to be seated.
Location was decent, there is a tram stop just outside of the entrance of the hotel.
Architecture of the hotel looks lovely, it's a shame the façade ends the moment you walk through the doors.
The noise levels were absolutely unbearable. doors banged constantly through the day and night and the live music blared through the floors until past midnight. nowhere in the booking information was this information mentioned and it would have completely changed my decision to stay here.
The walls are paper thin - I could hear people snoring in adjacent rooms and the doors themselves felt flimsy and insecure, as though they could be forced open without much effort.
The room was no better: decor was dated and and shoddy, wallpaper peeling from the walls and a damp, mouldy smell hung in the air. It felt neglected and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in.
If you value sleep, comfort, or even basic standards, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Food is amazing, so much choice to choose from at breakfast and dinner, staff are lovely and very attentive
Toilet very small, hard to squeeze by bath to get to the toilet pan, small space between bath and pan , uncomfortable to sit on. TV is far too small time to update them. Price of alcohol is way too expensive, especially a pint of Guinness which was 6.50.
