Stayed with family just a few nights, looks nice from the outside, very fancy and worth the money as it has a swimming pool and 'games room' .
Didn't sleep much as beds were too soft and pillows too hard...did request for softer pillows but they didn't appear. View was of drainage and brick walls but wasn't spending £100 more just for a seaview. Games room wasn't that great for my child. Weirdly the bedroom window was frosted but the bathroom window wasn't...won't be going back..sorry.

The location the food & entertainment
The room wasn’t up to standard..the windows in the room would not open! The tv kept pixelating so was impossible to leave on. The bed cover & sheet had stains which were brown spots all over..the bed was not comfortable it felt as if you could roll off as was far too soft! Overall the decor needs to be refurbished .

The staff were not friendly, terrible service, not helpful and not available when you need them. My entrance door handle was broken, I reported it and no one came to check it out. I felt unsafe with my child and didn’t sleep well. I couldn’t wait leave. The room was not cleaned after the first day. I’ll never ever return to that hotel. It was a waste of my money. I’m

Disappointing
Staff very friendly and very helpful, very polite, swimming pool was nice, young staff in the dining area where really polite and helpful.
Room was very small considering we payed to upgrade, I wouldn't recommend doing that, beds are very small, mattresses definitely need updating, cleanliness could be better as people are untidy when picking there breakfast so it should be checked regularly to keep area clean.

Both rooms small, scruffy & very dirty. Looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Hairs in both bathrooms, toilet dirty & the coffee / tea trays hadn’t been cleaned with stained dirty mugs !!
The hall ways were littered with sweet wrappers & looked like they hadn’t been hovered for weeks !!
