Food and staff fantastic.⁰
Check-in is too late. Your first day of your holiday is over before you can unpack , and then on the day of departure, 10 o'clock check out so if your having a weekend break you are only having one tidy day in the hotel.

I hope I can give you 0 star very bad rooms with damp smells and my kids are very high temperature coz of there damp I have proof and put the vedio on the review they charge like VIP hotels but room not even worth for £50 very shit rooms they my kids sick and us as well ruin the holidays we recommend not to book this hotel very bad very expensive just for two rooms we spent £600 and we regret to spent that much money holidays inn premier inn and Travelodge much much better and less money not too expensive

Breakfast is excellent evening meals a bit poor
Staff extremely helpful
We stayed in room 107 bathroom was tiny
On going for the evening meals don’t appreciate kids running around, and having a drink in the bar and kids running riot and doing cartwheels on dance floor .

Wonderful
The food is outstanding. Good quality and well prepared. Service is excellent; staff very attentive. Breakfast sets you up for the day - no need to eat again until the evening meal.
The decor is getting a litle tired. In the room some of the furniture was not looking its best. The window would not open due to sprained hinges.

Been here many times however on any particular evening the entertainers are the same. Maybe it could be alternated
Price of drinks are a little high compared to Blackpool pub prices.

Very Good
The kids club was great for my son and well run with great activities. Food was ok if your an adult, little choice for kids at breakfast. Staff were friendly and good quiet location and rooms were clean if a bit cramped.
Breakfast choice was poor overall, no fresh fruit except melon, no pastries/croissants etc only tinned fruit available, not everyone wants fried food every morning

Very clean, staff very friendly and approachable.
I was on the first floor, assuming directly above the entertainment. I was only staying for a few nights so didn’t mind but it was very loud in the room.
