The restaurant staff are always amazing. They go out of their way to help. My partner has dietary specifications and they always exceed out expectations. The food is always fantastic, so much choice and great quality.
Great location just out of the centre.
Daily evening entertainment.
Pool and gym.
We have stayed many times and always have a wonderful stay this time was just alittle off. Dirty hallways, with bits of rubbish outside doors and walkways. A broken shower and pool facilities.
Most of the staff were lovely just a couple we found to be very abrubt. The lift was out of action for the 3 days we were there a big hotel with lots of customers need both working.
The first room allocated was horrible, there was a funny mould smell, it was very small and the sink was in the bedroom. This may have been the wet musky smell. They did move us, which we were really happy about. The room was much bigger for a 3 night stay but a room with a double and 2 singles only had one electric point for everything which made things abit difficult when I have medical equipment that needs to be plugged in and the only socket was next to the kettle which was on the opposite side of the room.
We will absolutely stay again. It's our go to place but this time we just felt a little let down.

Carpark restricted and limited street parking. Wouldn't recommend for solo travellers. Restaurant not bookable in advance which neant after veing out for the day i had to eatvout as nit sure there would ve Restaurant availability., very small tv which Wouldn't accept a cast from my phone.

The food was amazing so much choice for dinner & breakfast. The beds were very comfy and the evening entertainment was fab and just a short tram ride to centre
Everything was fabulous I did think some things were a bit tired looking , some doors need replacing and paint work bit grubby here and there but apart from that fabulous hotel

The room we're we stopped wasn't clean we found sweets from whoever was in before us in wardrobe on floor we didn't have any coffee or tea suger just two milks and e cups and kettle towels didn't even fit round me wen I add a shower dust on head board and sides wasn't happy with our room but catering staff reception staff bar staff we great polite lovely and restaurant manager all great

The staff we're always polite and helpful. The facilities just perfect and the breakfast was exceptional best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
The room was comfortable and clean but the decor throughout the rooms and the hotel is a little tiered.

Despite room upgrade the bathroom was tiny we had to shower in the swimming pool shower you could not sit on the toilet due to the width with wall and bath it was also freezing in there and room was not serviced during my three day stay.as for restaurant some manners need to be installed so rude. And lift issues.
