We liked the whole place, it's very big and entertainment on every night...and bingo...TOP PLACE
I've given it a 9 but we did have to vacate it half way through the week. One of these viruses..not their fault.. it had to be deep cleaned...our money was refunded Paul the manager was nice he gave us a free evening meal. We will certainly be going back and soon.

Sockets at better places in Room,
A bigger TV as we prefer to do our visiting during the Day and relax in the room at night Time.

The beds were comfy, the towels were nice fluffy, shower very powerful too, my partner loved the sauna and the pool
The meals were very disappointing the same thing 2 days in a trot, we got there on Monday to be told on Tuesday that we had to leave by Wednesday morning due to the sickness bug in the hotel, had to find another hotel that left us skint tbh... as wouldn't pay out right away, not a happy bunny

bedrooms were clean, swimming pool excellent my daughter loved it and also the breakfast and tea and the choices we can't complain second time here and loved every minute

We travelled to the hotel and arrived around 12.30 we were told we could come back at 13.00 and sign in,we walked into town and had lunch.During lunch we received a call from the hotel advising us that we couldn't stay at the hotel as there was a breakout of illness and we could not be accomadated.No alternative was offered to us by the staff and therefore we returned home.We know that the incident was unfortunate and don't blame the hotel, however alternative accommodation within the group should have been sought especially as we had travelled to Blackpool.The bad scores given in my review doesn't represent the quality of the hotel or the staff as we have stayed a number of times and enjoyed the experience.

Second visit to this hotel,better than the first time,food very good, entertainment was okay
No air con,in main entertainment area,if there was,it wasn't great,also one of the lifts wasn't working,which meant the one that was working,you had to wait a while,but apart from that,the hotel was very good

dated rooms bathroom very very small bath towels more like hand toewls only one lift working which was awkward ladies downstairs toilets out of order reception said use the gents toilets which was completely unacceptable food ok but very repetitive ok if you like lamb henry on the menu every other day

Position of the Hotel
Some members of the staff are rude. The food is of a poor quality. The entertainment is awful. The whole Hotel looks scruffy, it needs updating and cleaning.
