I travelled with my 80 year old mum, the hotel is perfect for her the food, the comfy beds the entertainment .
This year they varnished the dance floor was unable to get up and dance for 2 nights .

Everything really, the check in lady, all the staff are so helpful and polite, the fiod is amazing as are all the facilities. Keep up the good work
Finding somewhere to park is always hard work but thats not really the hotels fault more like Blackpool councils

The staff were great, especially in the dining room and bar. The food was excellent.
The bedroom was quite small; clean and comfortable but the bathroom was tiny

The room was a refurbished one, but it was on a floor that was undergoing painting work. We were only there for 1 night but the smell and fumes from the paint were very strong and i have a lung problem. If we were staying longer i would need a different room. The breakfast was very nice but i think 8 am is a better time and check in was 4pm and i think 3 pm was better. The evening meal was nice too, but not many choices.
The strong smell of paint and the change of meal and check in times.

the room location wasn't great, television very small only one lift working , bathroom cramped have to climb in a bath for a shower .walk in shower would have been a lot better not great if you're old.

Food was very nice staff perfect mostly great
Using only one lift as the other was broke the bar past reception has no cider on tap beds in room very uncomfortable TV too small very hot and stuffy no fans available door in hallway bangs very loudly these things really need sorting ASAP 1st on list beds and pillows next need to future proof the hotel with air con and bigger TV and moderation of deco
