The family atmosphere was great, my daughter felt very safe and was happy to go to the kids club by herself whilst my friend and I saw the entertainment.
The meal choices were great and it was such a treat to not be cooking every night!
The room was a little noisy.

nothing but a costume spinner in the swimming changing rooms would be really helpful as struggled to get costume dry x

Spacious and overall very well kept. Whilst we were there we saw at least 3 rooms being decorated and refreshed which shows the hotel values ongoing upkeep and maintenance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We booked two rooms and both were very clean and d well maintained.

The food was okay, good choice for breakfast and dinner.
Paid for Seaview was a small window. Toilet really small, shower curtain which in my opinion is very unhygienic, and had black mould on it. As for the bathmat in shower I would have thrown in the bin as was orange and black stains. The hallways smelled of urine, the lounge area smelled of stale food as if ingrained in carpet.
