Excellent service and food. Great location with a tram stop outside the hotel. Great entertainment. Swimming pool and hot tub available free to guests.
The bathroom was very cramped with barely more than the width of the toilet between the bath and wall.

Everything food lovely staff , swimming evening entertainment was fab rooms nice
I like the fact it’s got everything under one roof swimming night entertainment meals. I like the location. We stay there every year.

Location was ok
Room to warm no decaf coffee in room rust in the bath ,and the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy covered in stains,staff on reception very unprofessional didn't say a word when checking out. Most usually say thank you for staying or even safe journey.
