The food was excellent that's why we keep coming back.
Nothing bad to say about the hotel only that it needs redecorating and the rooms need revamping.

Rude staff too £400 deposit instead of £200 then said they'd refund it still not received it back.
Then as if that wasn't enough on the call they got rude because I was upset they had taken too much £167 too much.
Dreadful dealings then hotel itself is dated, dirty and drunk yobs running up and down the corridor and TV is not a TV but a small computer monitor that again didnt work

Marked 10;/10 for everything but 9/10 for staff yes they work long hours but reception are a bit hit and miss like your bothering them asking a simple question it's all about look at the board .. sometimes for people it's not that easy especially when board changed daily due to school holidays

Love the swimming pool and facilities but I wish someone would stop some kids jumping in as it does spoil my enjoyment
