Wonderful
Rooms spotless beds extra comfy.. great hotel food is so good staff in the dining room couldn't do enough for guests .. pool bar and sauna and pool area lovely and relaxing
Only little moan is no do not disturb signs for your doors for the mornings you choose to lie in a little if you want to miss breakfast . as house keeping are very efficient which is a really good thing. But be nice as a choice to not be disturbed x

Free parking was a bonus but tram was expensive
The hotel was not very clean and our bathroom was very small where the toilet was, felt like you had to squeeze into the space, door lock didn’t work on our last day as we were leaving, we were unable to get in our room to leave so we had to wait for the door to be kicked in as nobody could open it

The staff were wonderful, and the food was amazing for the price we paid. Way 3xceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was nice.
Liked there was different bar areas downstairs some where you could relax in and just chill
Dirty carpet in reception area also bar near reception area. Some girl on reception was not very approachable on one of the days. But most was helpfull.
They moved our table we was sitting in at breakfast on.the first day to another table we did not like felf like we was very close to the person next to us.
Noise level on the last night was very loud outside our room 310 playing music round and kids running about on the corridors.
Lift could have been bit bigger if states room for 8 people was crammed with just 4 in
Entertainment needs to be changed same comic act every night

Iit was children week as we took our grandson, was lots of older children running and screaming around hotel very unruly, spoilt it for other guest
