Standing on Blackpool's Queen’s Promenade and looking out over the Irish Sea, The Cliffs Hotel offers modern rooms, excellent food, kids clubs, and live entertainment. Guests can relax in the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Modern and brightly furnished, the rooms at The Cliffs Hotel feature a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The staff were really unprofessional they used our stay as a bit of fun pass time making life difficult at every chance they got the staff in the kids club great dining staff great there was a young boy blond hair about twenty made our time there that bad my boy friend went to our room threw all our stuff in a cases and checked us out and left half of our clothes there .our kids had a miserable holiday and had to come home Saturday afternoon threw this young man the food was beyond disgusting and I was charged £500 for the worst time ever . And stayed less than a day . If I was to sum up my stay with one word ville springs to mind . An absolute rip off I intend to give bad reviews on every web site I can

The room we were given was down two long corridor’s and I had walking difficulties which I made the hotel aware off before we booked so I was not happy about this

Location and food was acceptable at this price point
Chloe on reception is clearly in the wrong job. From checking in where she failed to inform us the need to book the pool told us dinner was a six and to mention it ran to seven and on checking out rolled her eyes at my wife asking a question regarding the car parking situation. Also there are no dedicated car parking spots for disabled people. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.
