All of the stay all staff very helpful and pleasant meals bingo and the entertainment
No there was nothing I didn't like that why I cum 5.to 6 times a year only one thing television was a bit small from the beds. In room 120

Black out curtains was a bonus
The room was not that big, there was a crack in the bath, bed quite lumpy
They have an obsession about lamb as i saw it twice in the menu

The property is good ton the promenade, view of the beach, tram stops at the entrance
The cleaning which was not done properly. Hair , tablet cover, suitcase tag were all on the floor after the cleaning

To cold heating not working properly cold in hotel staff on reception should know more where to find things not helpful just kept saying sorry not sure or I don't know managers very helpful
