Good
Location great on sea front
Value for money
Meals options very good
Room was dusty with cobwebs hanging from ceiling....i removed theses myself.
Over all maintenance required throught hotel to improve communal areas and bedrooms.
Beds very small..improvement to kingsize bed would be beneficial as doubles very small.
Full length mirror would be beneficial for bedroom areas.
Hotel in restaurant and cafe area very cold , lots of guests all saying this in evenings.

Friendly staff, lovely food and great service. The jacuzzi was lovely and warm which was nice.
The lifts could do with an update and there could be more food choice in louunge area. We also had a problem with a toilet that didnt flush properly.

Disappointing
Location perfect. Travelled with older daughter for cheerleading competition so room having 1 double bed and 1 single bed was great. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff in bars and in cafe friendly.
Toilet was on top of bath, no room at all which was disappointing. Shower took awhile to figure out as was scalding hot. Comedian (use term loosely) made a joke about the room being full of autistic people. Having a teen daughter at home with autism I thought this was disgusting (thankfully she wasn’t travelling with me). Staff on reception needs work and should have drop off for keys when checking out. Main issue was only managed to get breakfast on the Monday due to weekend cheerleading competition early starts so was really looking forward to it. Imagine my surprise whilst eating toast to mop up cooked breakfast the waiter came over and removed my plate. Complained to manager who said they do remove cereal bowls for efficiency before cooked breakfasts which I thought was great in theory except my daughter who I was with had only had a bowl of cereal as doesn’t eat cooked breakfast and the waiter had left hers on the table but removed my plate. Said she would speak to him but got the impression that she wouldn’t.

Wonderful
We’ve stayed at the Cliffs Hotel many times and we’re going back on the 31st of July for the weekend, and I always recommend it to family and friends
it’s ideally situated for the tram/bus stops,
We can’t fault the Cliffs at all
The only fault I can say is that room 140 has a toilet roll holder directly behind the toilet which is rather inconvenient, but other than that I don’t have any problems with the Room.

Pleasant
It was a perfect location for us and we had a sea view room which was nice. The breakfast was also nice.
Couldn't park on the carpark. The first receptionist was rude. The room was very dusty and the toilet had feaces left on the seat, we were told the room would get another clean, which it didn't so had to be moved. The bar only sold carlsberg lager on tap. No ice available at any of the bars for drinks. Only 1 tea bag & 2 coffee sachets in room. The bathroom mirror still had the last guests toothpaste on it.

Very Good
Very clean all through the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean also.
The food choices are plentiful with something to suit all tastes..Evening entertainment,Bingo, singers, dancers and community…all great.
The hotel is somewhat out of the way but the bus and tram stop is right outside,so handy to go into Blackpool or the other way to Clevelys and fleetwood.

Had to change rooms due to tiny bathroom.
The toilet was barely accessible.
