Standing on Blackpool's Queen’s Promenade and looking out over the Irish Sea, The Cliffs Hotel offers modern rooms, excellent food, kids clubs, and live entertainment. Guests can relax in the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Modern and brightly furnished, the rooms at The Cliffs Hotel feature a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Staff helpful and friendly. Being able to get a swim without needing to book
The room was shocking - drawers falling apart, view out was to the worst possible view of the aircon units and brick walls. Bathroom standard in room was really dated - Bath had a yellow tinge to it. Family room was like a cupboard. Tiny TV’s

Most staff. Lovely helpful. Food very good. Entertainment ok.room clean, bathroom could do with a bit of help..nice place, would stay again and definitely have breakfast and evening meal. Writer mehow a great asset. Female bar staff 2 little stars notji g too much trouble.
Had to park quite a way off. Initial receptionist needs so.e people skills.

With having my 12 year grandson with me he enjoyed the games room the table tennis and pool table. Good to see a hotel that has things to do for all ages. The swimming pool and jacuzzi a big hit. The comedian was great fun. All staff helpful

Our room was very old and tired lots of scuffs and chips off walls and furniture. Bathroom not clean . My mattress very worn on one side .
The old decor and furnishings in bedroom . The room not big enough , no plug sockets near the beds for charger and fan .
