We had a sea view room, and the hotel was ideally situated for the tram stop,
in fact I would recommend the Cliffs Hotel every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing old dirty scruffy hole,hotel corridors stinks carpet dirty,room really small I think just bedding be changed,bathroom not cleaned forever dust everywhere terrible

The hotel has easy access to Blackpool town via the frequent tram service which stops right outside. It is family friendly and the facilities are very good. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel
The hotel is a tad dated and parking a bit tight (they do explain this when booking to be fair). MOST of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful however the receptionist when we booked in offered no information regarding breakfast times etc. also when we went back to reception later to make an enquiry no-one was around to help

Staff, cheerful, helpful, understanding. Excellent menus, choices, presentation and freshness of food. Clean, everything and everywhere. Spacious bedroom. Refurbished canteen .

Everything bedroom was very dirty mattresses have stains on them and also constantly felt itchy in the bed will toilet had stains inside will not recommend here again

The food was lovely .room was nice.bathroom was big and clean .. everything about it was lovely ❤❤❤
