Fair
The pool area
Rooms were small and you could hear people walking in the corridors door being shut. When it was windy the window was rattling, The carpets were dirty in lobby and in the stairs out of date furniture with chips of paint missing. Every time we went to the receptionist there wasn’t any body there.

The hotel looked amazing from the outside and the entrance in was nice. The restaurant was nice where you had breakfast.
The rooms were very basic and old fashioned the shower was rubbish and cold. The bed was tiny and not a double bed. On the day of leaving me and my partner got up and got ready went for breakfast locked the room. When we returned to the room before 10am for leaving found our room was unlocked and someone had been in there. I had left my wallet phone and keys along with our bags before we had to leave. I reported this to reception which didn't sound very bothered. This left me extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend!!

The swimming pool was very good but the actual hotel is old and dated, we were on the 3rd floor and could still hear the music from the bar.
Not enough parking so forced to pay £15 for twelve hours of parking over the road from the hotel, needs updating, it was like going back in time.

Very Good
Our first visit with friends , we felt comfortable. , with adequate seating in the lounge areas or an evening concert room was available . The staff were friendly and helpful , especially in the dining room , where we found the breakfast , dinner to be good , and adequate , better than we expected. Bedrooms were basic but clean , warm and comfortable.
We felt that the adult entertainment started quite late, ( children running around until 9.30 or later) The prices of drinks at the bar were very over priced.

Big change in one week, it's like they changed the manager?. Went the week before with my friend, enjoyed it that much booked to go with partner. Food wasn't the same got stuck next to waitress station our table to eat, got ignored by everyone had to walk up and ask for a drink. They were too busy with the two big parties we were put in between, asked if I could be moved, tomorrow they said, manager wasn't really interested. A big let down this time, if you asked for anything it was too much trouble.
