Food was nice shame there was mo lunch . When you upgrade to gold don't think.it is worth it .
Staff were miserable .never smiled . Bedding had blood stain on it .

Loved the location, food was good, plenty of choice, well cooked and excellent service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and efficient. Cannot fault our stay.

Room very small, heating was on and room temperature was very hot and we found sleeping difficult.

The friendliness of the staff and the all inclusive package .
Only one lift is nowhere near enough for the size of the hotel . Food was not the best ,breakfast was very basic , no fresh fruit , sausages tasteless but at least the tomatoes were proper breakfast tom's ( tinned ) although I must add that the bacon was excellent I had a couple of bacon and tom's sandwiches on 2 days .
