Room was like a cupboard,toilet was too small and dangerous when u stood up from toilet you're head hit off the towel rail and was really difficult to get in and out the door because it was so small ,had no were to put anything in the room because it was so small.

The food and choice was really good.
Tha AI excellent value.
Entertainment was also very good.
Unfortunately we found the room we stayed in, the walls were paper thin and the room next door put their TV on before 7.30 each morning and it was like the TV was on in our room, we could even hear them plugging things in right at the back of the headboard and could even hear their kettle boiling, so not good.

We’ve stayed here before all is ok maybe a little dated now
There has definitely been cut backs when it comes to all inclusive. Fish and chips for lunch and no other choice. Starters at tea time were ok on the first night but second night starters consisted of mash potato and gravy. Also believe they have watered down the alcoholic drinks

It was far enough away from the bustle of centre Blackpool but the tram stopped right outside the hotel & there was plenty of shops near the hotel if wanted drinks & snacks. The all inclusive was really good , the food was lovely & service was excellent

Having to go downstairs for the toilet when you where at the bar or mealtime, may benefit if possible for toilets on ground floor.

The all inclusive was very good but waiting time for food was ridiculous.On both nights we went into dining room at 18.30 and we waited till 19.25 before our order was taken for meal this was unacceptable as restaurant was not full but there was very little staff serving. We complained to waitress who said we could speak to manager but when we left dining room there was no one there. Breakfast was buffet style but was luke warm the quality of the food was good just not hot enough. Evening meals were lovely but sort of lost appetite after waiting so long to receive it
We were unhappy with the room the floor was all dusty and had bits all over, the bedding was poor no pillow protection on pillows and pillows were all lumpy and duvet on double bed smelt like someone had been sick on it and finally there was a hole in the wall. As explained above timing for serving food in restaurant and the lukewarm food at breakfast was not good. So at first we felt it was good value for money but with all these faults this changed our mind.

Central to sea front
Food wasn't the best found brand starters not much to choose from , main meal was small and tasteless and so was dessert notice alot of people going back up after main meal for more food normally stay in cliffs where the food is alot better
