Food was exceptional,plenty of choice very well catered for.Staff very helpful and friendly.first stay at this hotel on the all inclusive and it was worth every penny.location great.
No outside seating area to relax on a hot day,would've been nice to be able to sit outside with a drink.Room was clean plenty of amenities but the bed was a very small double didn't fit the base fully which was a shame as everything else was good.sleep is vital, if we stayed again would definitely have to book twin room if that's the size of the bed in a standard double.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. This was our 5th time staying at the claremont, and it just gets better every time we stay. The all inclusive package is worth every penny, food is absolutely to die for, and I have never heard one complaint from anyone about it. The drinks choice is fantastic too with proper spirits ( not watered down) . Staff are amazing and so helpful, and the rooms are so clean thanks to the wonderful cleaners. We won't stay anywhere else now as this hotel has well and truly spoilt us. Well done to everyone at the Claremont keep doing what you are doing, your amazing
The only one little thing, unfortunately, is the young lady behind the bar with blonde hair, we didn't catch her name but she certainly does not seem like she belongs to the claremont family. Her attitude and manners are appalling. This has been noticed by many people as well, maybe the others should give her some tips about good customer service as she certainly isn't good at providing it. Apart from her, the other bar staff are amazing

The food was good the staff were lovely and some of the entertainment that were on over the weekend were fantastic,
The fact that you had to upgrade to get Stella on draught or a bottle of kopperberg is out of order. I think that the price they charge you for your stay should include them drinks as well
