Comedians fantastic best I’ve seen cannot say much about the singers
The rooms are very small the bathroom is too small and everything is dated! It needs to be updated from furniture to decor!
Security should be going round on nights checking everywhere we were woken up at 2am in the morning to someone shouting and kicking the doors! No phone in rooms so couldn’t ring down to reception about the noise people could hear it on all floors! The creaking off the corridors needs sorting out and could do with slow shutting doors has you can hear slamming doors! Good average but should have a bit more choice! Don’t like the easy you have evening meal? You pick your own starter and then you’re main dish you say what you want out of choice of three meals and they bring it out plated, I like to choose my own veg options not to be given veg that I don’t like, the desert you choose yourself and again not enough options! On Saturday dinner it was fish and chips and peas no other options so if you didn’t like fish I don’t know what you would have eaten!
Car park not big enough so it’s first come get the parking!

The food and choice was really good.
Tha AI excellent value.
Entertainment was also very good.
Unfortunately we found the room we stayed in, the walls were paper thin and the room next door put their TV on before 7.30 each morning and it was like the TV was on in our room, we could even hear them plugging things in right at the back of the headboard and could even hear their kettle boiling, so not good.

Outstanding value for money. Food was second to none, branded drinks, great entertainment and smiling staff!

Location very good, not far from Blackpool tower! The breakfast was good
Need More choices for dinner the dinner was fish chips and peas no other choice for the main then you had to choose one of three dessert! Evening meal not much to choose from for starter then main meal was a choice of three main meals and it was plated up and given to you! I prefer to go up and choose what vegetables and potatoes etc but you don’t have that choice has they bring it out plated! Then again only a couple of desserts to choose from and it repeated same deserts not for everyone! Other than that the food was ok!
Entertainment was very good the comedians was brilliant best I’ve seen! The staff very friendly well done to all the staff!
Noises at night someone was kicking and banging on doors down the corridor at 2 am in the morning nobody meaning night security did anything! We reported it the morning to reception to tell us we should phone up reception to which you don’t have a phone in your room to ring them, I only noticed the phone number to ring on the mirror the next day but no good if trouble in the corridors and need to pick up phone straight away!
