Food lovely,entertainment fab,most staff great ,although looked exhausted .
Room small,tv didn't work,alarm went off at 7am no feed back no explanation.

It has gone down hill since covid. I thought coming back for my 3rd time since everything would be back to normal, and things would be as they was originally. I could not be further from wrong it now turns out you serve yourself, they have removed the bar from the dining area and only have one now located on the other side of the hotel, they are unorganised when it comes to the menu and where you sit and dinner time. Our room was freezing. So many different reasons as to why the property is no longer what it was

Staff very friendly, quick service at the bar, food great, entertainment really good, free parking, our room was a bay window sea view lots of room.
