Nice location quiet
Bedding had marks on it. Asked for a Seaview room ended up in a room with scaffolding outside the window room 202. Ceilings looks like it's about to come through and floors very creaky asif they were about to go through. Showers need fixing and updating. Bedding definatley needs to be changed and needs to be staying free

Clean comfortable hotel, decorated to a good standard
Room on the small side, unable to watch the tv as no freeview channels, room for two but only one chair, only two teabags for our entire stay and wardrobe falling to bits so unusable, how they let the room like that I don't know, but it was cheap.

It was a nice view from our room
The 2 gentleman who we saw at the hotel seemed nice enough but the rooms was not great at all. first of all there was what looked like snot on the wall the room didn't looked hovered the shower had black pubes in it and there was a piecee of wood behind the headboard which had came out of the wall and our friends room and a spider nest init and the wife windows was absolutely filthy and the wifi was just useless alway disconnecting. Will not be stopping again.

Out dated no light bulb in lamp no hot water for a wash no we’re dressing table to put make up on

Running water.
Room was tiny and old fashioned. No storage space. Bed was small and hard and the curtains literally hung down on my face. Bathroom was very dated in facilities and decor. Toilet was squeezed into a tight corner and impossible to sit comfortably as there was very little legroom. Pigeons and rats could be heard outside the window all night long. Cannot recommend this place.

The staff where very friendly and helpful,my daughter had forgotten her hair dryer and they very quickly,found her one . rooms were very clean ,fresh towels 2 on each bed. The beds were very comfortable. WiFi was free and the connection was excellent. Check out was 11am so no need to rush .
The Hotel had just been taken over ,and repairs / freshen up work was been carried out ,this was by no means inconvenient. This is budget friendly ,with the basics ,the kettle didn't take an age to boil, The soaps / body wash smelt nice .
There was nothing to dislike ,previous reviews have said there was no bedside light ,but there is a switch right by the beds to turn off the light .

Hotel room was disqusting, dirty tissues on the floor hair everywhere toilet didnt flush, carpet was filthy moved rooms the window and window syl on the inside was covered in bird poo from the bjrds nesting outside beddimh was filthy left at 8pm didnt even stay

It took 5 minutes to just get into the building g in as the door was locked and nobody came when we rang the bell - we had to telephone the hotel in the end. Our TV didn’t work and there was a dead pigeon outside of our window. It was stated that breakfast was offered at the property but nobody gave us any info about it.

This is our goal to hotel staff are really friendly. Rooms are comfortable.
This is normally a really quiet hotel and unfortunately on the last night we stayed the guest was very noisy and in out of the room all night
