Wonderful
Great friendly staff, great location. Couldn't fault anything with the hotel as been here before
On arrival was given a room upgrade and breakfast included for duration of our visit which was very much appreciated.
Definitely be coming back later in the year

The property is in a great location and the staff are really nice we did get complimentary breakfast for both mornings we were there which was good free of charge
I really think the property has went down hill the rooms aren’t very clean they really could be doing with a make over the beds are shocking very very uncomfortable marks on the mattress I think they should have mattress protectors on them same with pillows at least they could be washed and was not Impressed with some of the clientele that were hanging around the property not sure if they were staying in the hotel really not a good look for the hotel I probably wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as I have stayed here a few times the staff and location are great

The staff
Family of 6 with prams and lots of stuff and we were out at the very top.
The shower floor looked like it was rotting off and it genuinely looks like someone tried to redecorate with their eyes shut.

I always stay at the calypso 5 times per year if travelling for work. All staff go above and beyond to accommodate every need!! Always clean, good location and lovely food. I can’t thank them enough for all the kindness and helpfulness over the years!!!

We booked a family room, which was on the top floor, which meant it was very warm in the room but by time we got back in the evening it was certainly cooler
