Wonderful
We were looking for somewhere cozy,warm and clean.Calypso ticks all the boxes.Excelent value for money and the location was perfect .Myself and my eleven year old daughter felt very safe here and the staff made us feel welcome. The view of the tower from our window was fab.xx thank you

Very welcoming and clean. Brilliant location, right by the tower but no noise from the front. Lovely breakfast and even went for a curry in the restaurant 10/10 food

Very clean friendly staff they were amazing couldn't do enough for you they made us so welcome and gave us everything we needed I asked to borrow an iron and it was at my room before I got off my phone amazing food stunning and plenty of it all set up in there beautiful restaurant which was Indian in the nite even that food was amazing value and excellent food 20 per cent off for residents my son and his wife and my grandchildren came to have food with us they also got an amazing reception and really enjoyed it all staff were outstanding especially Adam and Rob I will definitely be going to this hotel again I rate it 20 out of 10 amazing

The location was close to the promenade
The photos gave a better impression of the standard of room, there was one thin pillow per person, the TV was angled at 90 degrees to the bed so you couldn't actually watch it without standing up

Superb Value . Amazing staff. Tea and coffee. Brand new crisp white bedding and new towels . Boiling hot water . 24 hour Security. The Staff all really cared ......Big shout out to Reception and The lovely man who served breakfast. I dined in The attached Indian .... Firstly Brilliant service. Food Excellent. Price great ? xx

The 2 guys we had at reception on arrival were great ,very helpful... Room was reasonable size , good bar, pool table
Was a lady on the reception on our last night who come across very rude ,like she didn't want to be there... Our room has not been hoovered , but we told staff and sorted straight away
