Comfortable and good location
Signposting was abysmal. Trying to find hotel entrance and car park took forever despite being located at a football club. We had already paid for a car park when we were told to ignore the sign stating car park was for 1 hour only. Even the taxi driver stated he forgot there was a hotel there.
The amount of extra money for an early check-in was a joke.
Despite a comfortable room, there was no plug for the bath and the safe did not work

Very friendly staff comfortable room and very clean
Breakfast was disappointing poor quality ingredients and fruit was mainly canned, coffe was tasteless.
The room needed a little attention as paint had come off the bathroom ceiling exposing bare plaster but it was clean

It was a lovely experience. My husband and son love football so loved staying overnight in a stadium.
Not being able to take our dog in the bar area.
Maybe a small designated area in the bar where people can take their dog would be a good idea.
