Like the room and cleanliness
Room was very cold so they changed us but the next room was the same and they couldn’t fix this
So went out and bought a heater

Staff were lovely and the room was clean. Breakfast was limited but good.
Room was clean but very shabby, water damage to bathroom door with a chunk of it missing, pillows too small for size of bed, kettle wouldnt work unless you stood holding it down onto the element, very old looking decor.

The location and a quiet location the staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped
The only downside of the whole experience was the reception staff were not so helpful or cheerful

Good venue, room fine but just a tad small, but they do allow dogs. It's just that ours are massive. The bar overlooks the Blackpool football ground as the hotel is set in the stadium, and you can book a room overlooking the ground. It's a great novelty.
Not the hotel's fault (I don't think), but we got lamped with an additional £20 surcharge (for two dogs) on checking in. Booking.com did state that the hotel allowed dogs, but there was no dog option when booking. If they had that, the charge could have been made up front.
