Every member of staff we encountered, reception, bar, breakfast, maintenance was helpful and friendly.
A nespresso coffee machine in room would be great, also body lotion in bathroom would be nice. But nothing i didn't like

The location was quiet. The hotel was clean and very well presented. Staff were wonderful and the room was spotless
Slight shame but probably a genuine oversite. The complimentary shampoo and shower gel were empty, luckily brought our own. There were 3 of us booked into the room,
only issued 2 towels, luckily we brought the 4 year old his own to use after showering.

Disappointed with the cleanliness and the fact that if staying more than 2 days you have to ask for room to be cleaned,new towels,tea/coffee ect.
When booked said town views, the view was a travel lodge, said walk in shower, was shower over bath,looked a lot nicer on paper than in real life,

For the price if stay the beds are not made properly and there were holes I. The duvet cover. Also the rooms are not dusted and cleaned to a good standard. The rooms are more like a 2 star hotel 3 at the most

Everything is spot on at the hotel, ever so welcoming from reception to the lovely bar staff too. Room was spacious, very clean and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds are very comfortable and plush and the view looking into the pitch was something so different to experience! Parking was easy, just £10 for 24 hours which I found reasonable.

The pitch view room was lovely,spacious and clean. Very comfy bed.
Sadly workmen started work in the stadium at 7.15am also playing loud music. The hotel should have advised guests about this early wake up, we could have changed rooms to avoid hearing the noise.

Location was great, nice breakfast overlooking the football grounds.
Tiles cracked on the bathroom floor, looked a bit dated in rooms and marks on doors and walls.
Ironing board in the room was just about usable.

Wonderful
Comfy bed. Friendly staff and location.
Waited too long for an evening meal. Saying that a complimentary drink was offered. Staff were very apologetic. Minor issue. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
