Had a pitch view to which we paid extra for but didn’t realise they would b working on the pitch , woken in morning from noise from tractors , cherry pickers and workmen

Really clean with large rooms and a really great breakfast . Staff on the bar were very efficient and they had a happy hour between 4-6
Arrived given keys to 3 rooms when we got upstairs 2 lots of room keys did not work . I was given a key to a room overlooking the pitch when I got back down the receptionist said this was not allocated . Also the shower gel bottle was empty .

It was very nice indeed and the views from the bedroom looking onto the football pitch was amazing indeed.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Value for money food, good presntation.
Decor of lobby and reception
Room not ready by 3pm
Parking not clearly marked or explained well.
Room- dirty windows, stain on carpet, 2 singles beds pushed together, no hand soap in bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities.
Overall, poor representation of a Radisson hotel. Would not return until refurbishment has been completed.
