Great location only 5 minute walk to the promenade, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with 1 double and 1 bunk bed, we found the beds very comfortable.
Decor was dated, and needed a bit of maintenance work around the room. But for the price and how long we were in the room for it was suitable for our needs.

Room tiny never could see landlord needed things for room milk etc loo rolls rang bell number of times no one came ended up buying my own when I should've been able to see someone at least

Only positive was the location, walking distance to everything
Untidy reception room.
Full hotel needs updating,
The family room we stayed in was in a bad state, litter underneith the beds, and even a babys bottle of milk left between the side of bed and the wall!! Disgusting, not cleaned properly at all, i will not return here no way.

It was close to everything we needed and good walking distance to all the shops
The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was really small.The street that the hotel was situated on was very noisy and we didn't get any sleep

That it was in a good location
That I am 31 stone of weight and disabled and my friend that did the stay with me got there first and he was waiting for me in the room I was staying and he told me the bed was broken so when I got there it was I had to lie down on it because if I sat on it I would dip into the middle I was waking up with a bad back every more so I mentioned it in the messages and he responded said that it was not broke before I got there madness

The owner was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, excellent value for money and in a fantastic location.
TV could of done with being a little bigger and the tv reception was really poor but realistically, we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't really matter anyway
