The bathroom was clean and perfect amenities especially for my sensitive skin great choice
Breakfast buffet was nice and plenty of options only gripe was marmalade, jams and nutella were only available from a jar at the toast station. Meaning everyone dipping knives or spoons in and out of it crumbs and butter inside it. Just feel there should be a more hygienic/ suitable method available.

Disappointing
The location is very good with easy access to the beach and the attractions.
Unfortunately I can only describe the room that I was allocated as grotty and very very tired. Stains on the walls, chipped paint, a very unappealing shower room with mould around the shower. Very disappointing.

Room was lovely and clean, spacious enough for 2. Staff were great, check in efficient. We also ate our evening meal in the hotel and it was good, and reasonably priced. Very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good but at £150 per room, paying a further £11.50 for breakfast seemed a bit steep.
Bathroom a little dated.
Both rooms should have been set up as twins, however our friend’s room wasn’t but this was rectified after contacting reception. The room rate was a bit expensive for Blackpool.

Friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in and comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the seafront and well-located for easy access to the beach and town.

The convenience of booking
Paid extra for an accessible room for my step father. They ended up leaving as they went out when they got back somebody had parked blocking the ramp therfore they decided to just leave it was middle of the night and they couldn't access their accomodation

Only downside was that the grout around the bath needed bleaching as stained .

Friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable beds.
Needs some tlc especially in the bathroom where there were broken tiles and the radiator was quite rusty and general paint work.
