Staff were amazing, we were in an accessible room and it was so spacious. Huge shower area. Sit in bath, massive bed plus a separate single. We are in their restaurant every night and the food was really tasty and great value. Just loved our stay and would definitely recommend

Close to Pleasant Street Tram Stop. Breakfast was fine.
Our toilet seat and lid would not stay up, which was a nuisance during use! The toilet roll holder was broken due to its location being easy to rest one’s right arm upon. Three and a bit steps between the bedroom and en suite bathroom was potentially dangerous - but attention was drawn to the risk when checking in (when you sign away your rights to compensation in the event of an accident). The bath was high for 70-year old hips to climb in and out. There was no charging point at the bedside.

Parking, good location, clean and tidy, amazing friendly staff, good service. The room was comfortable but compact.
This property just needs updating. The shower was a bit difficult to set the temperature and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Standard rooms a fairly compact.

Easy check in. Friendly front desk staff and a comfortable bed
Our room didn’t feel structurally safe. Big crack in the wall. Floor boards creaked and felt unsteady. Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Hairs in the shower. Old toilet paper on the holder. Dirty grout in the shower. The rooms had no sound proofing so we could hear everything in the halls when we tried to sleep.

The room was spacious and cosy The hotel was ideally situated a tram stop and a bus stop just outside the hotel and all the staff were friendly and polite and was very helpful totally enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will defienetly wil be staying there again soon
