The location, staff were ok but not over enthusiastic. The building was nice and the room was clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee.
Again extra for parking, why? Staff could of been a bit friendlier but they weren't rude. Room a little bit "boxy" and the shower was neigh impossible to use.

Location was good and it was clean. Lovely evening reception attendant who was a help in the evening when we had an issue. A lovely young lady in the breakfast area, very pleasant and helpful with all guests.
Carpark was charged for on arrival but I don’t see that on booking.com
Male Reception staff was very snappy when asked a question while checking in and quite rude.

The property is in a good location and is very clean
The food this time was not as good as Christmas. I had the fish and chips one evening and the batter was crispy on the outside side but not cooked on the inside. We had the Sunday lunch while at the property this was not that good either and we don’t even think the broccoli was cooked.

Great location, Facilities and staff were great.
The bed was too hard and too high, ended up sleeping on sofa bed. No additional quilt in the room though so thankfully it didnt get too cold in the night.

Really welcoming & helpful staff. Evening meal & lunch served nice & hot. Comfortable bar area. Good location near train station, easy walk along the prom to Tower & Winter Gardens etc. Tram stop opposite hotel.
Twin bedroom to small & in need off refurbishment. Bathroom in poor state & very dated. Outlook onto a brick wall.
