Good location, right opposite a tram stop
The hotel is tired and old, the room was damp with a lot of broken fixtures and fittings, the bathroom was not very clean.

Perfect location. Great comfortable room and excellent staff
The tea time menu for adults should be reviewed. There’s not a lot of choice. Maybe add some more classic dishes. Pizza wasn’t very nice

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful when we had an issue with the mobility scooter we hired for my husband. The room was lovely clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely
