Very Poor
Location suited us. Breakfast was ok.
Room was tiny, double bed was against the wall, so only access from one side and the bottom. Mattress had a slope on it so sleep was impossible.
Shower was hot, then cold, then scalding. Room 223. Avoid.

Staff very friendly, entrance/dining area well presented great location. Ample parking. Great view from sea view room
Bedroom very tired, room we stayed in needed attention. Paint peeling off the ceiling. Bathroom not in the best condition. Unfortunately our room was full of fruit flies.

Staff were great! Everyone was so helpful. Location is right across from a tram stop and there is an uninterrupted view of the sea.
We did not eat there this time but have stayed before and the dinners on the menu were not that good. We were under the eaves on the third floor and it was so hot. Caulking around bath was moldy, tiles were coming off, carpets were stained, not enough electrical outlets.

staff are so helpful. especially when you travel with your dog, like phone in room, makes you feel safe, when travelling alone

Staff were excellent. Food was good. Service was good. Lounge area was good. Restaurant was good. Lift good.
We had three rooms before we got an acceptable one. First one was empty with the furniture on the landing. Second one we had to climb over one of us to get out of bed, (not good for 70 year olds with leg problems. Third one was a poorly maintained family room which we used for one night, window would not shut so had road noise all night with banging grid every time a vehicle passed. last one also a family room which was good.

We came as a family for a friend's celebration, so we booked three separate rooms, which we we all happy with.
The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the seafront with a tram stop almost opposite.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially Katie, who greeted us on arrival.
Our room was lovely, the temperature was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and over-bath shower. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold items. There is parking onsite, which is always a bonus in Blackpool.
There is no socket or USB port by the bed.
The shower head over the bath is fixed, which I found difficult.
