The staff were friendly. The location was good
The room was very small the bathroom was a ‘3ft square’ and did not work cracked sink, broken pedestal and the toilet pan was mounted on pieces of plywood

Nothing much very noisy street with other property’s making loads of noise.
Television didn’t work , got charged for my dog even though it says pets are free , room was dirty through out carpets stained , wall paper peeling off walls curtains were rotten an didn’t fit window shower door falling off wasn’t clean through out.

Tiggs and Vicky were great hosts who made my stay really nice, they are both great to talk to and the room was very comfortable and great value for money. Brilliant location aswell right in the middle of everything.

It was a fine hotel for the price. Nice comfortable bed, and short distance from the town centre. The husband and wife management team are trying their best to get the hotel back to its best. They were very obliging with any problems i had. I will definitely stay here again

moved to 1st floor staff was friendly easy talk to
hear everything going on people talking like outside ur room even tho they down stairs people would keep slamming the doors so not really sound proof. haha

Absolutely everything, the smell, the dirty carpets the dirty walls the dirty bathroom floor, the fact there was no heating on in February, the thin springy mattress the eve thinner pillow (I can say the bedding smelt fresh) the hotel smelt like a outdoor dog kennel)

Not one single thing
My room was entered and my belongings stolen within a couple of hours of arriving. I reported it, called the police and was thrown out. Booking. Com won't refund me either. The man who run it was very creepy, knocking at my door and asking for my phone number, when I refused he just stood there for a few minutes and made me feel very uncomfortable.
