It was homely feel the staff lovely and attentive the breakfast was lovely nothing was too much trouble had a great parking space at the back tea & coffee available
We were put in a tiny double smoking room we as a couple dont smoke and as we were only staying one night it was doable anything more than that we would have complained the room smelt a bit of cigarettes so put us off

Friendly staff, great location and good breakfast.
Breakfast was only a choice of full English for 7.50. This was very nice but would have been good to have had a sandwich option also.

Cordelia the host was so welcoming. We arrived slightly early but as our room was ready she let us book in. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to go home . Would definitely stop again and recommend to others x
I couldn't work out how to turn the radiator off so room was a bit hot but we opened the window and slept to the sounds of the sea so no big deal. A fan was also provided.

The breakfast was served beautifully! it was delicious! The area is on the sea front. Originally we booked a hotel near the pleasure beach but we saw the reviews after we booked it and they were rubbish ( Henson hotel ) but 100% dont regret booking the Belmont hotel! The staff was lovely & very welcoming!
Theres a bar in the hotel. Expensive, wish it could of been cheaper, would of been able to have more than 1 drink. But i understand why prices are so high.

Breakfast was superb, cooked to order and good quality. Quiet little glass fronted bar area with good selection of drinks. Fan in the bedroom. Friendly staff. Parking costs reasonable
The amount of stairs both from the pavement and to the bedroom, deluxe with sea view, which was on the top floor, was a bit of a shock. The room size was small and nothing like the pictures of the room on the website
