The beds were very comfortable , we didn't hear anyone in next room either all the staff we encountered were lovely ,
We had a view of the wall , we had several flights of stairs the lift would only fit one person, the sign to find our room was a bit confusing ,my mum prefers a decaf tea and only decaf coffee available.

It looks beautiful on add but absolute dump like shameless inside so many migrants and chaos smoking outside very noisy staff very nosey plus extra for parking

good location,nice bar area.
no idea how to get to pool so never bothered and i would never ask where it is,have it signposted from reception.no parking when arrived.the smell that came in room from quadrangle when window open,clean and paint this area so it doesnt smell.

Location is close to everything.
Room was a good size
Room was very clean
Paid parking a bit of a joke.
Beds extremely uncomfortable - can feel the wood beneath you.
Staff have absolutely no interest in quality of sleep. People running around the corridors directly outside room screaming and shouting until late at night, clearly could be heard from staff but absolutely no intervention. Had to deal with it myself. Worst few nights sleep i've ever had.

It was reasonable priced and not far walking to the beach or north pier
I couldn't get into bed without it flying across the room, couldn't sleep with window open as it rattled the ceiling tiles and kept me awake, there was stains on the towels and bedding, and the room was very disappointing not as shown on booking.com and I was told mine was an upgrade

The pool was the only intrest we had in are stay there
Staff kicked me out because I was eating a pie I brought from home due to health issues I needed some food at 12am and I was sat in the bar drinking and spending money

Property ok
PARKING terrible experience when arrived car park full.Been told on the reception to park on restricted yellow lines!!I was assured in case of fined it will be revoked as I did not want to use the parking spot assigned by reception.Within 14 days I have received 100£ pounds ticket for parking.When trying to communicate with hotel to remind them that what I was told and asked them to sort out the ticket 10 days of conversation leads nowhere
