My husband has had two hip replacements and a revision on one of them isn’t very steady on his feet and the stairs didn’t help has he doesn’t like lifts then got lost trying to find our room

The shower was expentonally hor so hot that made my arm red raw. When explained to receptionist was told they had a water problem with Welsh water and that I needed to try again but it was still red raw hot.

The room was so tiny, bathroom was a shoebox. Bed was fit for one person not two grown adults, nearly fell out of bed 3 times. Mattress was so thin it was like there was no mattress at all.

Friendly staff, we had a nice 1 night break without the kids and the staff made us feel so welcome and was very polite, definitely recommend!
Only downfall was the noise, whoever was above us in the hotel was banging and noisy all night woke us up at 7am was expecting a lay in on our child free night, could’ve been worse.

Staff were good hotel run down lift only one person at a time .had to hand keys in so they can do the room .got back late had no key to get back in very difficult to get hold of anyone even when we phoned the number

Staff were helpful when there was an issue. Really enjoyed how quiet the hotel was.
Had to pay extra for pool and only got it for an hour, think it should be included in room price. Looked very old fashioned. The showers were small for larger people. Rooms could do with having blinds in all the slats and also curtains as well because the sun shines through the blinds.

Only thing was close to beach
Hotel was dirty even the pool area and changing rooms bathroom in hotel was dirty fouldnt even have a shower or have a wash or brush tetth without dirtt coming up the sink.. pool says heated and was freezing. Police got called thier at like 1 in the morning we left really earlie om the morning the plan was to stay but didnt. Parking is a night mare. Not many spaces.
