Nothing at all worst experience of my life, left 5am Sunday morning !!

Stayed here expecting a decent room based on the photos and description, but it was completely misleading, place was dirty dirty bedding dirty carpets tiny 8 inch tv
The room was nothing like advertised no sea view at all despite that being a selling point. Instead, the view was poor and nothing special. The bathroom was also very disappointing, just a basic, low quality shower rather than what you’d expect for the price.
Noise was a massive issue. The walls are extremely thin, I could clearly hear neighbours all night, including constant banging and even conversations. It made it very difficult to sleep and completely ruined the stay.
To make things worse, there was no breakfast included despite the price being £168 for two nights which is completely unreasonable for what you actually get.
Overall, this place is seriously overpriced and does not match its listing. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here unless you’re okay with poor conditions, noise, and being misled by the photos.

The pillow was comfy
Nothing at all like the picture advertised on booking.com. Room smelt like paint and sweat. Only half of a blind was hanging. Windows dirty. Bathroom dirty - toilet seat not attached. Door didn’t shut. Stains all over the chair (looked like body fluid) Floorboards squeaked with any movement. Radiator didn’t work. I honestly couldn’t wait to get out of it I’d booked this as a cheap and cheerful stay with my daughter after a long day in Blackpool. Nothing cheerful about it. The doors are paper thin so you can literally here people breathing whilst walking past your room

The bed that's it.the staff were fantastic.
Well the shower was to hot could not get cold water with the hot .could not get in at night time only key for room .lights over bed were there but no electrics to them at all blank .a man had to bring a lamp in for us. The place was well out dated did not now how the place is still open .

Slats missing from the blinds so they couldn't close properly and let too much light in.
Very hard bed, and could feel the springs. Didn't sleep much.
Very noisy, thin walls, could hear neighbours tv and conversations, doors banging.

Although the bedding was clean, the company the hotel use for laundering hadn’t yet discovered Vanish as towels and pillow cases were stained.

The property was very clean minus some dust above the window/blinds that was very noticeable. The little bar was nice with plenty of places to sit and a lovely view of the sea. The bathroom looked fairly newly renovated and was clean. The swimming pool was a fun touch and was nice first thing on a morning. Staff were lovely and got given a free drink because we got sent to the wrong side of our room by accident.
If you want a good long sleep I personally wouldn’t pick this place, every neighbour you have both to the sides of you and above you can hear EVERY movement, doors slamming, floorboards creaking VERY loudly, TVs, every conversation or cough, sounded like everyone was in the room with you and the first night I only got 3 hours sleep because of this and so did my partner. When we first came into the hotel the whole place stunk of weed as well.

This is probably the best place I've stayed in a long time, the suite is massive and top value for money. We booked for 1 night and ended up staying 2.. it has a pool which you get to yourself for at least an hour, it also has a jacuzzi in it and a dry sauna next to it. Has itt's own bar as well. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything we asked. Will definitely be coming here again 10/10 The pictures of the rooms do t do it justice

Room was over or next to either plant room or generator which made a noise all night, staff filling stuff up at 12:30am. Floorboards really noisey. All could do with modernising. Games room all out of order and breakfast not up to much.
