The rooms was well equipped with iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of towels, toiletries and milk. The beds were comfortable, shower was clean and no cracks or mould.
The front desk staff were so helpful and advised us on parking, asked us about our visit to Blackpool etc
The carpet needed a hoover. The radiator in the bathroom was stuck on high so it was very hot. The bedroom needed a blackout curtain/blind as the current blind hardly covered the window and letnin ab lot of light.

Disappointing
Location was great and swimming pool was a nice addition.
Lift did not work (partner has mobility issues) No toilet roll in room and after asking receptionist was promised but never provided.
Shower was very poor. Windows very draughty.
When we arrived, room had 2 beds in it, when we got back in later, one bed had been removed and all of our belongings moved!!

Really good value for money. We didn’t spend much time in our room as we were attending an event on North Pier, but what time we did spend in it we had no issues!
The food in the bar area wasn’t served until later on. So when we were hungry at 2pm, we had to just have some crisps!

Did not have breakfast as £9 per person seemed very steep.
We paid to use the swimming pool but it was full of children who were unsupervised.

Sadly not a lot. It was cheap to stay
A very tired and unkept hotel ,the room was sea view but the window sill and sur area was dirty the wall was marked and the carpet was stained ,shower enclosure was very small and not clean.Breakfast was a buffet ,bacon was dried up hash browns cold mushrooms were overcooked and beans were stuck to the tin .The lounge had buckets to catch water on the tables and it small damp.We stayed in this property previously and enj our stay ,sadly we will not be returning.
