Greeted by staff with love bites over his neck, no parking available, no lift available and 6 flights of stairs to get to the room, room had nowhere to hang/store clothes, shower was more a dribble! Burn marks on the window sill, blinds damaged. Images on web are nothing like the place;

Hotel was great, nice bar, good games room, great breakfast.
Room was very poorly cleaned, railings in bathroom and bedside shelves were falling off walls, shower was very small.. Worth mentioning this room was very cheap.

Great location, good size room, comfy beds, staff very nice and helpful, nice bar area, great view. Easy to find and just a 10 min walk to town centre, tram stop directly outside and right on seafront.
Not a dislike but it could benefit from a bit of tlc (in terms of decor) but cleanliness and comfort were great.

The staff were nice.
I am pregnant. when arriving we were told the lifts do not work. this was a struggle. The TV was blasting from the next room all night and the overall hotel just was not what was on the pictures. As in the pictures are very out dated and do not show what it is like today. They also use a WhatsApp service that the very clear done look at or have access too as this kept getting left and i got auto replies after I had left saying they had timed out which was not helpful.

Blinds missing, mould in shower , window didn’t shut properly, no mattress protector stains on mattress and lift was not working and we were on the third floor and I am 73

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the room was pleasant.
Last year the breakfast was in with the price of the room and this year it was separate. The on suite bathroom was very small and the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. On the second night the people in the room above us were so noisy that I was kept awake until 3.30am.

2nd room sink block,
Rubbish in back yard, old mattress in yard,
Being locked out of a night 11.30 ish had to wait 15 minutes to be let in , all in all very scruffy , cancelled our next year's visit

due to the length of time we did not stay for breakfast our room was excellant and the pool looked very inviting.
could not fault anything allthough the lift could have been bigger.

Breakfast was nice, location nice, on the sea front, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of blackpool during the illuminations.
The lift was not working my husband has health conditions which is more difficult with stairs, we were on the 2nd floor, but he managed.
