Lovely comfy beds with plenty of pillows .
Really helpful staff on reception let us park early until our room was ready.
The pool is an added little bonus .

The pool was lovely, nice and warm and we enjoyed having it to ourselves, the breakfast was nice, most of the staff were friendly.
We had no hot water for the two days we were there (maintenance did resolve this issue). When we got there we got told to sign a for and then given the key and told where our room was, would have been nice to have been told about the hotels facility, pool, restaurant etc

Location was good. Staff was polite and helpful
Cleanliness of room, one working plug socket that was no wear near anything that need to be plugged in, plaster missing from the wall, looked like it been painted by a five year old, mould in the bathroom, poor ventilation (only one window opened and couldn’t actually see out the windows due to condensation within the double glazing.
Fire door was also propped open with a mattress and rooms/ equipment for renovation were left out in corridors.

Not much at all just there was tea coffee sugar milk the basics that should be there
The staff the rooms the lobby the bar the stairs absolutely everything everything was filthy broken stained didnt work the lift wasn't working so there was a lot of stairs and I was with my disabled nan it was extremely difficult to get up to the room for her all the carpets on every floor by every stair the carpets were coming up so they decided to put tape all all over the place to stick the carpets down the carpets were really filthy aswell the stair well was had loads of holes in aswel n everything what was described about the place on booking.com is all wrong and never been updated n they messed up are rooms my friends who are adults had to sleep on bunk beds for children witch were broken n nearly went through on them the manager was in but he said he really couldn't do anything witch 2was absolutely descracful there was atleast 4 other people in at the same time as us that were conplnaing how bad it really was they way over booked the hotel they were fully booked but still carried on to book other people in so there was people who came who never got there room and had to leave the hotel on the streets of Blackpool the company didnt do anything at all even though it was there fault in the 1st place it was so sad to see that the people had no were to go and they didn't give them there money back neither it was vile and the room were really disgusting dirt everywhere the bath was black and the toilet was to just everything was wrong and they blamed most of there problems on booking.com so trying to get out of everything they did

Nothing dirty and would not ever stay here again if I could have travelled home that night I would.
Breakfast poor, Bathroom was dirty, toilet near reception disgusting, shower red hot could not turn it down and noisy.
You should not have to pay to use the pool and parking as a guest.

Beach Hotel. Bar looking onto the sea.
I booked 2 rooms. In one of them ( room number 2) had a wobbly toilet seat and on my last day the toilet leaked and flooded the floor. The cold tap wasn't working properly. The radiator in the bathroom was very rusty and dirty. The pictures on the website make it look really nice. I was very disappointed.

I didn’t like nowt about the hotel
Everything it’s was so dirty. I got given abandoned hotel room with the mattress in the bathroom. 3 rooms later I was still not happy like it had bed bugs I ended up sleeping in my car it was that bad the swimming pool was well dirty god help what the kitchen looked like.

Breakfast was okay.
Room too small, not clean, double booked , keys given to our room to other people , staff do not know what they are doing , unable to use furniture in room as couldn’t open doors or drawers due to bed being there , room far too warm and no adequate ventilation, games room closed ,staff having to do bar and reception which meant long delays as everyone checking in had issues with , the room being occupied already does not locking, lack of security returned from the evening out to find our door wide open. Also claimed that they don’t use booking.. com

The location and transport was really good. Hotel was clean and staff extremly helpfull and nice.
A bit of old building. No bulbs in both bedside lights. Torn in carpet (trip hazard)

Having to keep walking up and down stairs. Did ask for the ground floor. Lift out of order. The hotel needs a good revamping.
