The room was clean comfortable and the staff were very nice.
The bed moved when just sat in it and a few of the blinds were missing from the window.

Staff were good and did not challenge us when we told them we would not stay, we had free cancellation too which was good.
Close to local town centre, a 10 minute stroll. Which also meant we were close to North Pier and Central Pier.
Threadbare carpet in the hallway, with some patches covered in duct tape.
Dark and dingy room looking at a brick wall, no comfort features in the room like a table or chair.
Tiny shower room, dark and windowless.
Threadbare carpet in the room too.
Poor standard of appearance outside, in reception, and waiting room that I think doubles as a coffee room? Chipped paint, chipped tiles and woodwork, generally tied and sad looking.
We envisioned a cute sea side B&B and supporting an independent business, and it was not that sadly and we did not stay. We had to then quickly find an alternative on a busy week, and did up the road, which was at a better standard and cheaper price.

Was excellent clean and tidy.the restaurant staff went out of there way to help you 100%and we enjoy our weeks holiday .all staff was excellent and polite.
All of hotel include swimming pool the sauna as well

Very friendly welcoming and check-in. Staff always polite and helpful. A nice chap doing cabaret on the evening made it a nice relaxing time in the bar and daughter enjoyed the games room and swimming pool.
Stayed in a twin/family room with only 1 plug socket. It's not a major issue but when you all need to charge a phone, use a hair dryer or boil a kettle.

Absolutely nothing
Everything room was discuting. Room had just been "painted" ceiling full of damp no wardrobe nothing like the photos on here. We didn't even stay and still await a refund. We ended up driving all the way back home at 8pm wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Looks like it should be a hostel. Lift wasn't working absolutely discrace

my room was very cold the sink took 15 minutes to empty the extractor fan in bathroom didnt work i did report it but nobody came

Not very much. Great location but means nothing if you never want to go back to your room.
Terrible stay. Unclean, very dated and old looking. Bathroom was mouldy and shower handle broken. Asked if there was a better room, told no and that they were fully booked but then witnessed a walk in booking so obviously not fully booked they just couldn't be bothered.
Looked nothing like the pictures. I was promised a full refund that I never received even after chasing it many times.
Reception and staff in general could not care less that we were uncomfortable and unhappy. Have to pay to use the pool despite being paying guests, the pool chlorine is so high our skin and eyes were sore and my husband's silver bracelet was ruined. Only just gotten around to writing a review as was hoping someone might contact us with an apology and my (promised) refund but that never happened.

Hotel was nothing like the picture on booking.com was very disappointed with our room, the blinds had slats missing so lights where shining in the room all night from the hotel next door, wardrobes had doors missing and was broken, they bed was very uncomfortable and made noise and creaked every time you moved, The lift wasn’t working and I’m not very good on my feet and I have health problems so I found this a struggle as we was on the second floor. The food the hotel wasn’t appealing and wasn’t warm, we left after the first night but had 4 night booked and it wasn’t comfortable and was very disappointing and the staff wasn’t very approachable didn’t even ask why we was checking out 3 days earlier. Will be looking forward to your reply

The room was totally unexceptable to stay in, full rubbish bin dirty towels, dirty cups looked like the bed linen hadn't been changed and no parking available at checkt in time. The check in desk did offer us another room, put it this way the photos didn't match the internals..I would give this place a wide birth..

The property was in a good location for us as it wasn’t too busy for us but easily accessible for a tram stop . The pool is fantastic as are the staff
It has lots of steps and not suitable for people with disabilities, it was very hot in our room and with no window to open or thermostat to alter it was a very hot night . It is a little tired and could do with a deep clean although the beds were very comfortable
