Loved the pool was quiet and clean although the privacy curtains could do with being fixed properly
The bed wasnt matched up properly, I hurt my leg on it and the room was small after I requested a disability room on ground floor

As a crossdresser the Location was brilliant,staff very helpful...it was ok ...can't argue with the price I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night...had no problems at all
Maybe a bit more modern updating but its still ok ..
Anyone visiting the brilliant gay village like me then it's perfect location

Location is close to everything.
Room was a good size
Room was very clean
Paid parking a bit of a joke.
Beds extremely uncomfortable - can feel the wood beneath you.
Staff have absolutely no interest in quality of sleep. People running around the corridors directly outside room screaming and shouting until late at night, clearly could be heard from staff but absolutely no intervention. Had to deal with it myself. Worst few nights sleep i've ever had.

We loved loved andrea on reception what a fantastic staff member . She goes above and beyond always happy to help always smiling. Customer service outstanding . See you nxt august . Will be our third time . Keep up the fantastic work ?.

Andrea on reception was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very clean and spotless.
On booking.com it said the breakfast was £5.95 on arrival we was told it was £9.95. Also the day before our stay we got a message saying there was a charge to use the pool at £6 per hour. This information should be on booking.com before you book. Our room was very small and basic, it didn't have curtains only blinds of which 1 slat was missing letting in a bit of light

Not very much. Great location but means nothing if you never want to go back to your room.
Terrible stay. Unclean, very dated and old looking. Bathroom was mouldy and shower handle broken. Asked if there was a better room, told no and that they were fully booked but then witnessed a walk in booking so obviously not fully booked they just couldn't be bothered.
Looked nothing like the pictures. I was promised a full refund that I never received even after chasing it many times.
Reception and staff in general could not care less that we were uncomfortable and unhappy. Have to pay to use the pool despite being paying guests, the pool chlorine is so high our skin and eyes were sore and my husband's silver bracelet was ruined. Only just gotten around to writing a review as was hoping someone might contact us with an apology and my (promised) refund but that never happened.

The staff was brilliant very attentive and helpful l very polite. Accidentally booked the wrong room and they sorted it straight away. The room was cleaned before we entered. Breakfast was a cheap add on and nice quality.
The games room was dated and could do with a revamp but they were currently refurbishing. Also a lift for the top floors
