Nothing, booked a room to find it closed after taking my money on Booking.com. Called number on the door to basically be told tuff shit, no help offered and young couple with a toddler and small baby also left with nowhere to stay - SHAMEFUL- AVOID if you want to guarantee your stay or you could be left on the street as we were

Everything, no lock on bathroom door, pillows were lumpy and seams were ripped so all stuffing was hanging out bed was very uncomfortable

Close to Winter Gardens and reception staff were lovely
Rooms so dated. Cold tap not working, broken bed, dead bugs on window sills, furniture falling to bits.
4 live bugs on the bed.

Location
Arrived 10 mins early wasn’t told there was an early check in fee was just told we had to pay 20.00 deposit for the key and would get it back when we checked out but they only gave us 10 back we would of waited for 10 mins if we would of known. Dead flies in bathroom needed a good clean, bed uncomfy,
