Great central location, just behind the tower. The hotel itself is a little bit run down like a lot of hotels are in Blackpool. It was better than I was expecting though, the room and beds etc all seemed to be clean which is the main thing. I was a little bit hesitant to book this hotel as it didn't seem to have very good reviews, but as it was farmers weekend, there wasn't much choice as most other hotels were fully booked. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel though.......it seemed a lot better than some other Blackpool hotels I've stayed in before that had better reviews than this one........I'd happily stay there again.
The only problem I found was that there didn't seem to be any hot water. As I was only staying there for 1 night, I just managed with a cold shower for a day.........would have given it an 8/10 if it wasn't for that.

Nothing!!! The television DIDN'T work!! The bathroom was really DIRTY!!!! We had to go to another hotel which cost us more money!!!
EVERYTHING!!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR IT BUT WE DON'T SEEM TO BE GETTING ANY WHERE!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN IN A RUSH!!!

Nothing the hotel was really dirty full of mold and damp dirt and dust was horrible experience
The hotel was really dirty had not been cleaned in a.long time and employee just said it's only been renovated.. the bed was horrible I am covered in rash now they think it could be scabies that I caught
